And Phoenix figures out the truth, and then everything seems to be settled but then for some reason Morgan channels Apollo, who drops an anvil on Phoenix and kills him for finding out the truth. And Apollo being channeled by Morgan, does not want to leave Morgan's body so he stays for a while, and figures out that he is somehow connected to the Feys and can channel people too. So then he channels Pearl who kills Kristoph with a machine gun for killing her. Pearl's spirit leaves, then apollo's spirit, and then Morgan dies of spirit-channeling-poisoning. The End.
But in GS6, there's some new idea. And I have yet to think of an idea for that one.

Its so convoluted and excessively violent, that not only does it not make any sense, capcom would take you out back and shoot you because that type of material does not fly. I mean a game where you play as the criminal that commits multiple homicides on innocent people, and then killing a child (pearl is probably gonna be around trucy's age) is a HUGE NO-NO.
Please seek some mental help if this entire idea was not a joke because this is simply "effed up"

It's quite simple actually: AJ takes place 7 years after T&T, which takes place 2 years after PW:AA.
And it is commonly known that 7+2=9.
BUT, since each game takes place approximately 1 year after the previous one, characters that only show up in PW:AA, say Penny Nichols for example, would be about 10 years older in GS5 than they were in PW:AA.
As for the question of 'Will everybody need new sprites in GS5?', I believe only the young people will have changed significantly in appearence (
in PW:AA looks practically the same as he does in 3-1, and Hotti hasn't changed much either (if at all) since JFA.).

Case 1- Generic Tutorial case, with Phoenix helping or not.
Case 2- New prosecutor, grudge against Apollo. Apollo knows him, however, like Phoenix and Edgeworth. He's a major figure in why Apollo became an attorney. We only get glimpses of it, though. (I know that's overused, but seeing Klavier made court battles...uninteresting.)
Case 3- Generic filler case, with Apollo and New Prosecutor's conflict more fleshed out. They could have different views on Justice, and Apollo remarks, "I knew you were scum ever since I saw you.", leading us to wonder more about why Apollo becomes an attorney. This case could involve Kurain Villiage, and we all know what that means. (No Maya defendant though. Those are overused.)
Case 4- Guilty defendant. Apollo battles the new prosecutor, who tells him that the defendant is guilty. However, due to personal vendetta, Apollo momentarily forgets about Justice and he wants to win, however much he knows the defendant is guilty. Trucy and co. ask him the reason, and he tells them why he became an attorney in the first place. This case has two endings, good and bad, like 2-4. Apollo could realise that he's going down the path Kristoph has, and he stops, and fights for truth again, giving the defendant a guilty, or he could fall to his demons, and get a not guilty verdict. He's horrified, and he leaves a note. The new prosecutor( in the good ending) realises what he's fighting for is wrong, and leaves America, telling Apollo that he is a good defense attorney. (A mixture of 1-4 and 2-4, maybe?)
The new prosecutor can be Apollo's father, and it would be an awesome plot twist. He might not have died, as Thalassa wanted us to believe. Perhaps he changed, and Thalassa left him because of that? We could see Klavier going darker and darker, until he becomes the demon prosecutor in GS6, last case?
It's overly contrived, I know, but it builds up to a dramatic face off between Apollo and Klavier. Those are my thoughts though, and it might sound ridiculous to some of you.

This is good. :D The return of Apollo's dad would be awesome. I thought maybe the new prosecutor was someone who sent someone Apollo cared about a lot to jail and was given the death sentence unrightfully, and just to win the case. So Apollo became a defense attorney in order to get the real truth of things.
I think Kurain Village return might be pretty good, it would make for an excuse to bring Maya back in at least a cameo.
Klavier has seen what happened to his brother, and he's not the one to hold grudges. Maybe he'll come back later, but will not carry Apollo along in the trial with any hints or anything this time to help him. Apollo will have to do everything himself.
Edit: Another thing about Maya... it was once said that the Master of the Fey channeling technique has a lot of power in the government. And that master... is Maya now isn't it? So, maybe she used her influence to help Phoenix bring the Jurist System into play?

Oh, yes. I think they did mention that in one point. However, I would think that Edgeworth and Franziska had a bigger role in making the Jurist System happen, considering that they're influential prosecutors and all.

Basically, the Jurist System.
This would be my theory.
The new Jurist System will highly affect entire gameplay such as:
1. Instead of there be only 1 Conclusive Evidence, there are other possible evidences that can be brought up as such. Some of them quite convincing, the others not as. Depending on the evidences, proofs, witnesses and such being shown, it will affect the out come of the Jury Verdict.
2. The "Penalty" Bar isn't the only thing to worry about anymore. With the many possible evidences, proofs and such as being available, the "Jurist Score" would be important as well.
It be best to give in example:
In this scenario, a murder is being investigated, 3 clues came up: A cup with the defendant's fingerprints in the room. A bloody knife without fingerprints as the murder weapon, and last an ID of one of the witnesses.
: Okay Mr. Justice, please show to us your conclusive evidence that proves the defendant's innocence!
: There are 3 pieces of evidence that can prove it... but I have to present the one that can be the most convincing.The Cup?
The Bloody Knife?
The ID?
Each of these carry 'Merits' and 'Demerits' pertaining to the conclusion and decision of the Jury.
If we were to select the Cup, an obvious demerit would appear since it points to the Defendant as the suspect, thus the Jury will doubt the Defendant (-50)
If we were to select the ID, it would raise suspicion of the witness, yet can be passed off that the witness simply dropped it there, yet doubt is still made (+20)
If we were to select the Bloody Knife, it would definitely lower the suspicion on the defendant due to the reason that his fingerprints were on the cup, and the witness (assuming) wears gloves. (+50)
In other words, all decisions made (even the looping ones) will affect your jurist score.
If the points add up to 100+ then it is clear then 6 out of 6 Jurists will give a Not Guilty Verdict.
If it were 50, then the Jury would be split in half, and the judge will commence further investigation, or declare a verdict himself.
If there are more jurists that give a "Guilty" verdict than those who gave "Not Guilty" it simply means that you're a sucky lawyer and you lose.

I think it'd make sense with Phoenix's current personality (refining the law itself and the overall courtroom rather than just protecting individuals).
I mentioned this in another thread, but a 'client is guilty' case would be very interesting in this scenario, particularly if Trucy were kidnapped and her life depended on the 'Not Guilty' verdict. My only problem with this is that it's too much like the last case of GS2. Although it could be spiced up with the prospect of the client either killing again if s let off, or if the guilty verdict is the only way to prevent an innocent from being convicted/destroyed in another trial. (Fran's alluded-to sister?) Pretty much anything that makes the final case ambiguous.
I also would be interested to see Edgeworth as Chief Prosecutor, because it honestly makes sense to me. I got the impression that he was trying to redefine the prosecutor's role, and that Klavier Gavin had a similar philosophy (mentor/student relationship possibility?)
Also, more Fran. Older, but still adorable. (see above for justification to 'why'
)Also, make the Jurist System a factor - you are now more reliant the body of evidence than a single decisive piece, and trying to gain influence over the Jury with your defense to get the right verdict. A bit more complicated, but interesting.
In other words, pretty much what kerespup said.
Honestly, they probably won't do any of this, and they may not interest people as much as me. But this would be cool, dammit!

However, due to personal vendetta, Apollo momentarily forgets about Justice and he wants to win, however much he knows the defendant is guilty. Trucy and co. ask him the reason, and he tells them why he became an attorney in the first place. This case has two endings, good and bad, like 2-4. Apollo could realise that he's going down the path Kristoph has, and he stops, and fights for truth again, giving the defendant a guilty, or he could fall to his demons, and get a not guilty verdict. He's horrified, and he leaves a note. The new prosecutor( in the good ending) realises what he's fighting for is wrong, and leaves America, telling Apollo that he is a good defense attorney. (A mixture of 1-4 and 2-4, maybe?)
The new prosecutor can be Apollo's father, and it would be an awesome plot twist. He might not have died, as Thalassa wanted us to believe. Perhaps he changed, and Thalassa left him because of that? We could see Klavier going darker and darker, until he becomes the demon prosecutor in GS6, last case?
It's overly contrived, I know, but it builds up to a dramatic face off between Apollo and Klavier. Those are my thoughts though, and it might sound ridiculous to some of you.

Case 2- New prosecutor, grudge against Apollo. Apollo knows him, however, like Phoenix and Edgeworth. He's a major figure in why Apollo became an attorney. We only get glimpses of it, though. (I know that's overused, but seeing Klavier made court battles...uninteresting.)

Actually, that sounds very good. Its different from the last games, and it would be very refreshing
However, perhaps his dad could be 4th case only, while in the other 2 it is his Dad's protege (who would be a girl.) They could still have similar convorsations, only instead of "you're scum." it would be "your mentor is scum."
Also, then there would be a true blue 4th case hidden prosecutor! Like 4-1's!
I support Phoenix/Mia, Phoenix/Franny, Edgy/Maya, Apollo/Ema OR Apollo/Vera, and Trucy/Pearls (as more than just friends... JK! XD)

How about something like 2-4, where you present a profile, then a piece of evidence. However, it'd cut to the "Innocent/Guilty" screen... BUT!
If you picked the wrong combination, you CANNOT pick "Innocent." The option just isn't there.

). Anyway, the trial introduces the new prosecutor, whom Apollo says looks familiar. After part 1, The prosecutor says a catchy line to Apollo and Apollo FLIPS 
. He sounds like his friend from all those years ago. Any way, the trial ends and the prosecutor comments on how Apollo was a little more stern and [maybe] vicious in the trial. Apollo denies, but the prosecutor says "whatever you say, Polly" and walks off. Fin.
The poor sap can't keep away from the ladies or the defendant's chair. Heh heh. Also, Klavier is on vacation in town because his cruise to Borginia was cancelled and he already took the days off, sooooooooo... he assists Apollo. He also notes about Apollo's unhappy behavior during court. Apollo talks about the time spent in the orphanage and Trucy feels bad for him (she had a father and step- father). Once Larry is innocent, he says 2 things:he says Apollo was scary in court, and he says hi to phoenix and asks how the other member of the Phoenix-Butt-Edgey trio is. Phoenix says that he invited him to town for Phoenix's birthday (FINALLY, A REAL DATE OF BIRTH!) Fin.So whaddya think? I like the other guy's jurist system idea...

I'd like a case, where the decisive witness was a relative of the defendant. The witness would believe it was the defendant, who committed the crime. Because of that he/she refuses to testify. The only way to find the truth would be to somehow have the witness to testify.

But wouldn't that make your client seem less guilty (as the defendant would be in custody, there's no way that he could be the killer).

Take a page out of Titus Andronicus and also the South Park ep Scott Tenorman must die.
First the murderer kills the victim. Then in order to dispose of the body without anyone suspecting, he/she secretly cuts the body up and serve it as dinner to his unknowing guests.
So a possible court scene would be:
Apollo: That's how you disposed of the body isn't it? You minced the body up as served it as your special stew to your guests!
Trucy: Um...A-Apollo...if what you just said is true.....
Apollo: Huh? What is it Trucy?
Trucy: You and I were guests at the dinner party too remember?
Apollo:.......GAAAAAAAHHH!!! Water! Water! Good God!!!!!!!
Prosecutor (who was also a guest at the dinner): Suddenly I'm very glad I excused myself to go to the restroom and skipping dinner. A shame about you though Apollo Lecter.
