I'm almost done with both P3 and DS: RK vs SA. Both are at the final boss/area. Though for P3 I just need to get better personas and lvl my part(most are like 10 lvls lower then me)

I don't know which Big Daddies are harder, the Bouncers or the Rosies. Honestly, I think it depends on where you're fighting them... with enough walls you could kill off a Bouncer without wasting a single Medkit... but with Rosies, which have guns instead of drill-arms, NOTHING is safe. Unless you're quick enough to detonate the bombs with your pistol while still keeping the Rosie in your sights. That Rivet Gun is freaking powerful.
Of course, your own Proxy Mines make defeating Bouncers 10x easier. :3
