"This man was shot by a rifle! we're going to operate on him." he put his mask on, and applied antibiotic gel on the patient's chest. he made a careful incision, and took a look at his heart. "...Its bleeding heavily." he took the drain, and drained the blood. "The bullet should be lodged right about... here." he cut his heart, took the forceps, and extremely carefully got out the bullet. he sutured the incision, stabilized his vitals, drained blood, and bandaged the incision. "Whew... he should be okay." he wiped some sweat off his forehead.
