Not bad though there are a few problems other then the laughing one, that white space near her hip looks weird,
i'm going to guess you also used part of trucy's sprite for the black dress, she looks way too thin right there in my opinion.
Also the cape needs some work, it's quite rough in the major edited parts. Her scarf also looks a bit unnatural the way i
t's drawn in at the moment, it looks very stiff, maybe a fold or two might fix that.
Last thing is her hair. I personally attempted the braids since she had those in the past so I think if you
tired to make those as well it would look much better ^^ because right now she just looks like older
Thalassa in that outfit, unless thats what you were going for :3.
Overall pretty decent sprite work ^^
