I'm bored, so I'll name my favourite starters.

Kanto - Hmm... Charmander. I think he's adorable and my Charizard kicks ass. The only reason why I didn't choose Pikachu (the Yellow version was my favourite of all) is because you can't evolve him into Raichu. Pikachu will refuse the stone, if I'm remembering correctly. *hugs pikachu life-size pillow doll thing*

Johto - Cyndaquil. Yay for my little Cyndi. XD I love her so much... I need to replace my game save batteries :sadshoe:

Hoenn - Mudkip. I was a part of the nSider forums when the 'So i herd u liek mudkipz" fad started, lol. It's the cutest starter by far... And Swampert is the coolest looking final evo evar from all the Hoenn starters.

Shinou Sinnoh - PIPLUP! I LOVE LITTLE WATER PENGUINS! lol. *hugs talking piplup doll*

Haha, that sounds funny. My Pokemon all lost their heads, hence the crying and thinking my game was broken. If it happened now, I would've just laughed. But sadly, my sister "accidentally" dropped my game into a glass of water.

XD Actually, I do like Mudkip, and all of the Water Starters. Piplup is my absolute favorite of them, though. I also liek the Fire Starters. The only Grass Starters I like are Sceptile and Torterra...

Anyway, my VERY favorite is Marowak. I don't really know why. But the Ghost Marowak in teh Pokemon Tower is cool, and Marowak + Thick Club = pwn.

I would look up the price for the winner but it came from E-bay Japan which I can't read...:payne:

Here's the actual auction itself for anyone how wants to see it:

http://page6.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/f65957299

The winning bet should be 14,500 円 if the format is the same as E-bay US.

Can anyone convert that into dollars for us? I'm curious to see how much it went for.

Well, if it's not for nothing, I still got a one foot tall plushie of Charmander that I got from a fair 9/10 years ago. It was either Charmander or Pikachu and seeing as I thought Pikachu was overrated back then(still is) and I did like Charmander, I went for him. I still do like Charmander, he's just not one of my favorites. He's close though.

Oh, I have a Charmander plushie! A Poliwhirl one, too. The Poliwhirl's been hijacked by my dog, though. I got them from one of those plushie machines with the grabber in Spain.

I used to have a Zubat plushie as well and my bro used to have a Vulpix plushie. I think they were put away though when I got out of the over-hyped craze sometime between G/S/C and R/S. In fact, I almost missed out on the third generation completely.
