All we need to confirm my theory is for him to appear in GS5, however Trilo has got Ben to build him a giant body, and now Ben just sits on Trilo's arm whilst he plods around destroying everything in the city.

I would agree with this. But part of me still is a little freaked out by Trilo. It reminds me of a title in a series of kid's horror books called Goosebumps (the book was called Night of the Living Dummy). That book must have really got to me, if I'm remembering it 15 years later...
