Ok, let's say you're Atmey, for the sake of this example. You get the list. It has So-and-So, This Person, and That Guy listed as Mafia. You send it to me, I use it. I then get So-and-So, This Person, That Guy, and Dude on the list. Dude is a Mafian recently stripped of his Amnesiac status.
That's what it means by "updated by sending it to someone". Does that make sense?

Amnesiacs~ Remember that Amnesiacs can just function as normal wildcards if they please. Us townies win through keeping our ranks high, the Mafians win by staying alive. By effectively stealing over our wildcards, they are stripping us of our ranks. Ergo: They are winning.
Where Atmey is hiding should become our current concern.

See my last post. You gotta read into it a little more to see where I'm coming from, I'll admit. They can keep track of Mafian spies that way, if they discover an Amnesiac-turned-Mafia in the town watch. They can get in so easily with the names list it makes me nervous.

I've given you the two things you need to figure out what Special Evidence has what Hidden Power... risk and reward, in-game connections.
Townies, I encourage you all to play along.
Turn to page one of your thread, and study the Mafioso Special Evidences. And start making your guesses about what they might do.
I wish I could help. But I'm afraid there's still information I have to sit on. And honestly, as I said, my life is a mess. Concentrating is hard... Regy can tell you, I almost tried to submit a piece of evidence I lost due to death.
So, look at the dots, and try to see how they connect. It's difficult... even I've been struggling, making some reasonable but ultimately wrong guesses. But trying is better than sitting back and letting the game play itself, right?

I know, I know, it's not far from the actual power. It's all I can offer, since I'm trying to guess in the same vein. You get the idea: it has something to do with court, or otherwise the workings of evidence and things somewhat outside of our control. (The SBS is probably in Townie possession now, though.)
@Pieboy: Shush. If you're a townie, take a seat and relax. Town runs on ranks, Mafia runs on the people within it; everyone counts some way or another. If you're a Mafian, you're playing an emotion-based game, and I'm glad I could find someone who uses the same tactic I do, but no one's falling for it.
