I noticed that Court Records animations and sprite sheet of Young Mia are lacking the parts underneath the defense table. Why is this? Maybe because they haven't put all the pieces of the puzzle together. Sure, they have the basic rips, but what about underneath the defense table, the prosecution table, & the witness stand?

In other words, I've done some minor testing. I loaded up GS3 in my GBA emulator. During the courtroom scene, went into VBA's OAM viewer, and placed all the parts of the sprites together that were shown underneath the tables. This is the result I have for the sprites of Young Mia. (Her 'Objection' pointing finger sprite extended is more noticeable, with the belt.)
Spoiler: GS3/PW-T&T Young Mia (EXTENDED)

Another thing I noticed when I was ripping these threough OAM viewer, is that her table slamming hands are separated from her sprite. This is probably why the hands move up and down, while the sprite stays in place.
I know this sheet is lackig the zoom image of Young Mia, but I'm waiting for the DS release of GS3/PW-T&T for that extention. Phoenix

BTW, I had an interest, or idea to extend Young Miles Edgeworth sprites as well. Since I see his extended parts below the table are lacking in the spriet sheet & animations. Other than that, perhaps I can see what I can extend/rip for Godot under the prosecution table. Godot

Wow, those are pretty good, especially with the belt!

I hate to say it, but these are already up on Deufeufeu's site ^^;;.

I haven't updated CR with them 'cause T&T is coming out in only a few months, and by then they'll have even longer extensions on them, so it seems silly to update only to have to do it again fairly soon.

Eh, I doubt it to be honest. They don't need to make them longer since what's under the bench isn't shown anyway.

The only difference I can see possibly happening is that the objection point won't have part of the sleeve cut off (bottom left of the sprite), but since that's below the bench anyway they'd probably ignore it.

Oh really? I thought his page only had PW1 and PW2 sprites up? Detective Gumshoe
Last I checked, I couldn't find the GS3 section. Sadshoe

Also, the only 'extensions' I could see happening for the DS versions are the left and right parts of the sprite. I would imagine the bottom parts would remain the same.

And I had almost finished extending Young Miles Edgeworth sprites. But since you say they are already up on the site (which I don't see anywhere) I assume it would be pointless to post them? Eh?

They were before... his page has changed a few times, they might not be there anymore... hmmmm.

But I'm pretty sure that Phoenix's DS sprites are a bit taller than even his benchless ones, since the benches themselves are taller on DS. I'll have to ask Mikker, though, he did most of the extensions.

I.... thought.... I already ripped them.

What I did, though, was to remove the benches. the OAM viewer can't sort off the bench on the DS versions, so I didn't think it could on the GBA.

So, you removed them to get the extentions of the characters? How would you do that? Use a cheat program, and find a value that displays the tables, and change them to make them dissapear? Or is it mainly you changed the offset positions of the tables?
BTW, you removed them in the GBA version, or the DS version of PW1 or PW2?

Yea, the DS's OAM viewer is completely different from GBA's OAM viewer, which is why I thought it was little easier to work with the GBA's OAM viewer, after putting the pieces back together. But if you were able to remove the tables form the screen, that would seem to work much better.

All they'd really have to do is move the sprites up. They're floating on the GBA game anyway, there's no point in adding pixels when nobody's going to see them anyway. Just a waste of space.

They may not be noticeable during a normal talk dialogue, but when the screen is shaking, you can see almost the rest of the bottom half of the characters a couple of times.

As I've noticed, while the BG and characters shake, the tables or witness stand do NOT shake. That's probably why the lower part of the bodies are needed. Phoenix

Must...have...all...pixels...!!!!! Yanni-faint

I really appreciate you guys' effort, but I don't intend to update the GS3 sprites until T&T comes out, and do them all together then.

All 3 of them.

I used a graphics hacking program and made the bench sprites transparant-color-only. Dr? Hotti
