... already dead. Meaning they were the victim as well, and accused of suicide when what really happened was what always happened. ... Well, almost always.

It'd be a good way to reintroduce :maya-shock:

I was hoping for the aversion, the victim killed himself but the defendant wrong place, wrong timed himself into looking guilty.
