Aria scowled at the new-comer. "I don't need help," she said, rather rudely considering the identity of her helper. But she could not possibly know he was the Blood Wolf, and, although she was on the edge of unconsciousness, continued to fire energy at Starlord.

"Zounds!" Shrinesmaid cried as she then backed up in midair a bit when she saw the latest intervention in the fight... she raised her sleeves up to shield her eyes for a moment before pulling the goggles on her head down over them for protection before looking back over at the scene as it began to clear up.

As the dust settled and the light faded, she rose the goggles up onto her forehead, "Ah... it's Seigi... and making a flashy entrance too," She sort of wondered if that was really necessary, she'll probably never understand why... are flashy entrances supposed to be done or something?

She then looked over at Aria, and noticed her strength was fading... she hovered down to the ground near the other woman before raising her goggles back on top her head, "This is getting so busy now," She then said to her, "I have a feeling the fight's gonna change who it's between. Perhaps you should stop before you exhaust yourself... um... th-that is, if... you want. Sorry if I'm bothering you right now, miss..."

Sighing and cracking his knuckles after pouring the rest of the chips into his mouth and eating them, he cleared his throat, looking at Aria.
"I don't need to smack you around to tell you that you do, kiddo." Attention was then shifted to Shrinesmaid.
"Once she passes out, take her to COCOA and make sure she gets first aid. I'll have a little talk with our other combatant soon."
Seigi then licked off the remaining flavor that the chips left behind and looked at Starlord.
"Enjoying this are we?" Emitting a gravitational field around him, he looked at Starlord. If Starlord knew his power types well, he'd know that this was merely venting steam to Seigi.

((Why would I change my post? I didn't mind him getting hit at that point. I apoligize for the auto-hit thing, however.))

Starlord shielded his eyes from the flash from the explosion. He then recognized the person who had thrown it - the Blood Wolf. Starlord was perfectly aware of who would win if it came to a fight between them - the Blood Wolf could crush him without breaking much of a sweat. He had no desire to fight him unless he truly had to. Even if he was only venting steam now, it was still on par with almost anything Starlord could generate. He switched the control of which Orb he was using to the Star Orb He used the teleporting power to teleport to the side of the building. Teleporting back to the tree would cause too many problems - he would be very tired from it and wouldn't even be able to rest. So he teleported into the shadows of the streets, panted for air and put the Orb away. He leaned against the wall, breathing deeply. He had no intention of going back to the roof - although only cowards fled, cowards normally survives to fight another day.

Shino flew back to Edward, just to be there. She didn't say anything about what happened, since he probably knew what their actions were. She opened a draw inside her room. Inside was a black box, radiating a twisting chain of dark energy. She opened it by breaking the chain. The contents of the box were simple. A picture of a smiling girl with a black raven's feather. A tear escaped Shino's eye, landing ontop of the feather. She closed the box and reattached the chain. She laid ontop of her bed and waited for anything to come up.

"So you attack someone just for bracing?" Sensei walked over to Starlord. "A little pointless, don't you think? Be on your guard, but don't attack." She twirled a small sai around in her hand, the sai seemingly appearing from nowhere. "Because attacking the innocent... Not a good move when I'm around."
The double was called back to the warehouse. "Shrinesmaid, we need to get her to COCOA, especially with that wing damage. If it's not treated soon, she might lose it."

"I'm fine!" spat Aria, staggering a little at the edge of the warehouse. Without warning she jumped, landing awkwardly, but the jump only hurt her because of the bruises already obtained. She half limped, half crawled to COCOA, silencing questioning faces with a single glare. Bypassing the hospital wing completely, she entered the training room.

"...Stupid... Weak..." she grunted, between punches, punishing herself until at last she surrendered to pain, falling unconscious on the floor. All she thought as she fainted was, You're a failure. So weak... It was just a little skirmish...

Starlord ignored Sensei. He walked down the alley, but he already expected a fight from Sensei. He had absorbed the power from the Light Orb and was holding his scythe firmly in one hand. He didn't turn around and attempt to decapitate her, but preferred to wait for her attack. "Chaos is needed in this world, as is order. Never too much of either or it spoils the merits of having it at all."

As Xero and Yuki slept, a soft whoosh was heard throughout the dome. As the professor had decided to rest during this time, the 'beep'ing coming from the computer indicating that an unknown anomaly had entered went unnoticed.

It sifted through some walls, as if looking for something.. until it came into Xero's room, and saw him and Yuki. Soon, it grew to a ball of darkness, and floated to the middle of the room. Enlarging in size, it eventually turned into a phased version of Mephiles. He hovered over Yuki, and ominously laughed softly. "Heheheh... this was much easier than I thought." He held his arm in the air and began to conjure up a long, dark spear-looking energy. He was about to throw it when he heard a soft sound... He turned to see Xero charging his buster. Mephiles dodged the small blast that he shot, and went over and brought the spear back to throw at him instead, laughing evilly.

Shino woke up with a jolt, "Yuki-san..." She tried to find her through the main trackers, but wherever she was, it was jamming the signal. She then tried to open her mind to search for Yuki's thoughts.

"... Got you." She opened a portal from the darkness to where Yuki was. Se stepped out and her eyes met quite a scene. Yuki was sound asleep on the bed, while Xero and Mephiles were raring to start hacking each other.

"I'm not going to ask what Yuki is doing here, but I'll just say one thing." She took advantage of the shadows in the room to form binding chains. "Lay a hand on Yuki-san, and you shall return to hell."

"What do you think I was doing?" asked Xero as he had his arm cannon pointed at Mephiles. "I'm protecting her."

Mephiles, however, laughed and wormed his way out of the chains. He then aimed his hand at Shino. "Back to where you came from," he said, as he issued a cloud of darkness that, if it surrounded Shino, would send her back to where the portal came from.

((Please be specific when you say something when there's more than one person that can hear it. :P I honestly have no clue whether you said that to Xero, Mephiles, or both.))

Shino laughed and used one of the chains to bind the cloud, then absorb it. She then tried something else.

"Xero-san, you might want to get out of your suit..."

She massed a large lightning ball and shot it a Mephiles. It drew in everything metallic as it passed by.

Xero rose his arm into the air. "Time to test something, then," he said as he quickly shot a ball of light into the air. It passed through the ceiling, and when it was gone, Xero was back in his normal clothing.

By this time, the lightning ball had been shot, and Mephiles. He laughed. Loudly. "Your idiotic attacks won't do anything against me!" He held out his hand, and shot it right back at Shino.

'And again, he forgets I'm here for too long,' thought Xero as he caught his armor, went forward and stuck his sabre through Mephiles' body. The end result was Mephiles changing back into a ball and floating away. Xero then tapped the lightning ball with his sabre; it absorbed it, and he sheathed it. "It needed a bit of recharging anyway."

He turned to Shino. "Thanks for that. He always seems to forget that I'm here when anyone interferes with him trying to kill me. Anyway, as for why Yuki's here, she asked me to let her stay here for the night, and I obliged."

With that, Shino took her leave and went through the portal. She was outside the complex, in normal attire. She walked rather slowly to a nearby restaurant to get some food. She never noticed how... normal things were from a normal person's standpoint. She stepped inside and sat in the nearest booth. She was waiting for her waiter.

Xero looked over at the clock he had. It had been over an hour, so both of them should have still gotten their full amount of sleep, despite Mephiles' attack. He walked over, and stood over Yuki. "Yuki... wake up. You should be fully rested now." He stood there, waiting on her with a small smile on his face. 'You know, she's really cute when she's sleeping...' he thought, as a small blush appeared on his cheeks momentarily. He had already taken off his armor earlier; so he was in his normal clothes.

(Ah, alright... I'll have someone find her to help you out. Here goes~)

"I'm sure he's okay...I trust in Book-san's abilities," Shrinesmaid then said... "I'm... gonna go back for now."

With that, Shrinesy flew off, heading to the COCOA building.

When she got there, she checked out the training toom, figuring she could maybe try and improve herself, as she kept blaming herself still... that was when she found Aria.

"!" Shrinesmaid drew back for a moment in surprise when she found her, then regained her composure. ...did she come here... and think she could still go...? She was so badly injured, she must have pushed herself too hard. Why would she do something so reckless?

Shrinesmaid thought for a moment on what to do. Well, she did the one thing that her parents had always told her to do; the right thing. Remembering this and nodding to herself, she walked over to Aria and lifted her up, draping her arm around her scarf-clad neck, and holding one of her own around the other woman's waist, she would then lift herself carefully up... and then float slightly off the floor, to carefully move Aria.

I hope you're alright, She then thought, as she carried Aria to the medical room, to get her wing fixed up. The miko heroine decided she would stick around and wait for her to recover personally afterwards. She had wondered... if Aria'd let her talk to her.

Time passed, and Aria woke up. The pain in her shoulder was still there, but her wing had been carefully bandaged. She twitched it a little, to see if she could move it, and sighed with relief when it did. If she'd ripped a nerve, or a tendon... She shuddered. Her eyes clouded over with something like sadness, then she shook herself as she noticed Shrinesmaid. "Uh... Hello..." she said, wincing as she sat up, leaning against the soft pillows.

She suddenly hoped fervently that there weren't real feathers in them.

((Assuming Shrinesmaid is in the hospital bay :) ))

"H-hello..." Shrinesmaid shyly greeted in return. At this time, she had removed her red mask and goggles, which were sitting neatly in her own lap along with her gohei. She had waited to make sure Aria would be alright, having taken a chair to sit in to do so in the meantime. Without the mask, she appeared as a simple, normal person. It would, more or less, be the face of Sayoko Harukaze, her true identity.

"Um... sorry if I had bothered you back there, " She then said, rubbing the back of her head, "assuming it was me that made you so mad earlier..."

"...Mad? Trust me, you haven't seen me mad," said Aria, with a light chuckle. "No, what pissed me off was that flashy guy, who jumped in to 'save me'. I can fight my own battles.

"And there's also..." her voice tailed off, her expression unreadable, as she gazed out the window. She sighed, and her face settled into an apologetic confusion.

"...It's nothing." she smiled, for behind her dark moods, Aria was gentle and kindly, though these moments were becoming increasingly rare in the 16 year old.

"You mean Seigi? His entrance kind of struck me as needless and cliché, personally..." It relieved her somewhat that Aria was speaking to her with a calmer persona, and in turn made Sayoko feel more at ease. Helped that she found out it wasn't her that was the problem.

"By the way... I don't think we've ever gotten to know each other. I'm Shrinesmaid..." She then added, taking the moment to introduce herself, "Well, at least when I'm in this. Otherwise, I'm just Sayoko Harukaze.
I'm... kinda new at this superhero business, and I only joined COCOA a couple days ago, so I haven't been of much use yet..."

On his way to the building, he headed to the local supermarket and bought a bag of chips (After shifting to civilian attire), then headed off to home. Once he got there, he was already halfway done with the chips as he stopped by the hospital bay.
"Hm? Isn't that the too-persistent-for-her-own-good angel girl from what, an hour ago?" He asked while still eating his potato chips... which were rather delicious. And crunchy. He also had a muffin, but he saves those for throwing at people.

With those last words Bookmaster rose up and broke his barrier so the people inside could actually get out. Bookmaster flew over to a nearby building and landed to think about what just happened...

Three people rob a bank...I blow up their tires and when they crash they suddenly come back to reality? Either I just let three crooks get away or their really is some sort of master of Dreams or hypnotisim in the city who decided to become evil...Great...

(Lol. We should make that a running gag; Seigi keeps making flashy entrances and no one is impressed by them. XD)

"?" Sayoko would turn her head, seeing Seigi enter the room just then, "Oh... Seigi... I didn't hear you come in..." The little miko then looked away and blushed, "I, uh... I was just taking the time to get to know her, because I don't know a whole lot of superheroes in this city..."

"Is that it?" mocked Aria, smiling a little at the unexpected visitor. "The mighty Blood Wolf?" she laughed, a warm and open sound, and propped herself up with her elbows.
"Reckless angel girl? I wish. I'm just your typical, run-of-the-mill mutant, or whatever. Or so I'm told... Don't you know it's rude to talk with your mouth full?" Sayoko seemed shy of the leader of the heroes, but titles and the many rules of behaviour which came with them were lost on Aria.

(YAY FOR RUNNING GAGS!!!)

Aile walked into the COCOA building after filling out MANY, MANY, MANY piles of paperwork. She used the nearby pipes as a crutch and limped to the hospital ward. (Yes, the papers were HEAVY). Upon seeing an empty bed, she hopped on and tried massaging her legs. "Damn paperwork...." She didn't notice the other people in front of the other bed.

All of a sudden, she noticed the muffin sticking out of someone's pocket. She leaned over and grabbed. She then bit into it.

"MMMM.... Blueberry."

((I need to make my minion-esque villain character... but I can't think of a good name. I know which to choose if I wanna be completely unoriginal, but I really want to try for something that DOESN'T resemble a character from a video game! XD))

"At least we can agree on the reckless part, cutie." Seigi smirked. She didn't change a bit, but she looked too familiar. Didn't matter. Seigi remained himself in all situations.
"Aw hell. If it is her, then she's still alive... back then, I wouldn't have imagined." Seigi sighed, and looked at her with a smile.... only before to look at another person stealing his muffin.
"Dammit, I was gonna throw that at someone... Anyways." Attention was then shifted to Aria.
"Who the hell are you and why did you pick a fight with someone wielding who knows what types of magic?" Seigi remained calm. He examined the girl. But could not shake the feeling he had seen her before...

Aria frowned slightly, apparently thinking. "I... don't know. I feel I should be... stronger. It's like there's something missing..." she sighed. "I thought if I kept fighting and fighting, it would fill the void... I've been doing that for the past three years... But..." she looked at Seigi. "But I still can't remember..." she paused for a moment, and smiled apologetically. "I talk too much. It doesn't matter..." she lay down, gazing out the window.

"Ah...!" Shrinesmaid, alias Sayoko, then leaned forward a bit toward Aria, "No! You... you seem pretty strong to me!
...I don't even know... if I am very strong at all," She then said, leaning back and looking away, perhaps shamefully, at her inexperience, "I'm not sure if I'd be practical to you guys... I mean, I'm just a little miko. And I'm only a white belt in a couple martial arts..."

She looked over her shoulder at the new girl who had just entered... hm... that one gave off a rather interesting aura to our little miko heroine who happens to be here... she didn't think too much of it though. Or at least, she wouldn't at the moment.

Turning back to Aria, she'd then chuckle a bit nervously, "I never did catch your name, miss...?"
