One: This Topic should definitely be marked for Spoilers.
Two: Godot didnt prosecute the case udgy's brother was at until Phoenix came back, then udgy was back too.
Three: the only case we saw diego in was one with udgy's brother, so udgy may not have sen him at all

They're old men with bad memories. Seven years is a long time. Or however long he was in that coma for. What if Diego didn't make a lasting impression on them? They're not likely to remember every defence attorney they haven't seen in seven years. Or however long he was in that coma for.

Also, "marking for spoilers" means adding the word "SPOILERS" to the title of the thread in some shape or form.

Perhaps she made a larger impact on him? Speaking for myself, I'd have a much easier time remembering a pretty girl I met who turned out to be a psychotic killer than I would have remembering some random guy who was supposed to have died seven or so years ago.

Edit: Also, I wasn't saying all old men have bad memories, I was saying the judges are old and have bad memories. Because, well, from what I've seen, it's true. There's no need to be snippy.

It's just a game mechanic...It would get too spoilery if his name was revealed...don't go too deep into it..and the possiblity Udgey never saw Diego is still there

Or, *crazy theory*, Udgy was intelligent for once and thought "Hey, that's xyz, but I won't say it since he must have his reasons to hide his face behind a mask - Perhaps he needs to work undercover?"
