Emulators are like the systems we have like PSX/PS2/Xbox/GBA/NDS/Game Cube/Dreamcast and its pretty awesome.
ROMs are the games for each system liike for example........... FF8 is a ROM for the PSX and the Emulator of my choice is EPSXE 1.6.0. Or Final Fantasy IV DS can be play played on no$gba which is BOTH the NDS and GBA Emulator.
I hope you guys that never heard of these learned all about them. Now time to discuss them. xD
Oh yeah a I do fgot the EMulator of PSX and Final Fanatsy VIII because like my Final Fantasy VIII won't function like it used to because almost every cinematic it goes to it either freezes or slows down like a snail.

As long as theres NO SHARING of links and locations as to where to get these items, discussion of ROMS and Emulators are ok, in most places. Probably here as well as long as it's in the police station.
