second; it is Phoenix going back into business during his hiatus as a lawyer, not to mention that this case is a "rebirth" of an old case, and it finally has the truth of that old case revealed to the characters.

Still, im sort of saddened that it doesn't have case art to it and doesn't follow Phoenix Wright tradition.

But Rise from the Ashes sounds cool, and Turnabout and Revival already have similar meanings.

I think it's called what it's called, because it's the hardest case Phoenix had been put on, and had to do it by himself. Also, it could be for Edgeworth, since it's his first trial since DL-6 that involves Phoenix and he has to outlive that, despite being bogged down by rumors.
