I'm not sure if I can accurately answer this because it started before I joined, but I'll try. In addition to Gant generally looking like a raepist and the sexual connotations that can apparently be construed out of 'swimming', there's an old and quite lengthy thread called "Damon Gant Can Do It All!" in which people posted a lot of edited images and animated .gifs of Gant doing weird things. In a nutshell, several people started attaching his clapping animation to other witness' breakdown poses, making it look like he was raeping them.
