Sandra didn't want to show her wounds like Mira asked her to, but she did wonder what the tape showed. Shelby put the tape into the VCR. The video showed Sandra walking into the room and Felicia getting up. They seemed to talk about something. Then, Sandra punched her in the face. Felicia stared at her, surprised before slapping her. Sandra kicked her in the gut and Felicia crumpled to the ground. As Sandra was walking away, Felicia grabbed her by the hair and slammed her face down on the table a few times. Sandra turned kicked her sister's legs out from under her and rolled in the air so her sister's back hit the table. Then Sandra picked up a vase and tried to hit her sister upside the head with it. Felicia blocked it with her arms and it shattered, causing the cuts all along her arms. Sandra then prepared for another attack. Then, there was a screeching noise as the lights went off and the TV went blank.
"Grr. Stupid black outs!" Shelby shouted angrily.

Mira took out a small LED flashlight and shined it to Sandra's face. He was looking for facial bruising. "Can you recall what damages were on the victim's body during autopsy?" Mira asked, continuing to check Sandra for facial bruising. "Forgetting about the bit of video we saw, of course."

"Ooh!" BM grunted as the fight was played. He closed his eyes as the vase zeroed in on Felicia's arms, then opened them seconds later, to the black screen. In one part of his mind, he wished he could see what happened. "Seems like ...the attacker... was pretty tough. Older maybe?" He thought for a second. "Looked like they could hold their own in a fight too."

"Get that out of my face," Sandra said. "You won't find any injuries...Yet." She had really good makeup covering what injuries she got during the fight. "If you let me wash up, then I can show you what you're looking for."
"There were bruises just about everywhere, cuts along her arms, two black eyes, glass shards in her feet, and... That's all I can think of for now," Shelby said.

"I'd like to see photos of the victim's body or an autopsy report. In the mean time, Sandra, you go wash up." Mira said, as he put his light away.

The autopsy report read:
Name: Felicia Castro
Age: 25
Occupation before death: Dean of Medicine
Cause of Death: Strangulation

Multiple injuries were found on the body, including a bruise on the back of her head, believed to have knocked her out before death. Many cuts on her arms and glass shards in her feet along with the black eyes, fat lips, bruises on her back, stomach, legs and arms cause a belief that she was involved in a fight before she died.

"Here you go," Shelby said, handing Mira the autopsy report. "The pictures are still coming slowly for some reason. We don't have them yet. Oh, excuse me." She followed Sandra to the bathroom to make sure she wouldn't take the opportunity to run.
"You don't have to do this," Sandra said as she wet a rag and started scrubbing her face. "I know that running will only make me look guilty."
"I'm sure you do..." Shelby said as she watched Sandra scrub. "But one can't be too careful in this day and age."
Sandra finally finished scrubbing her face and turned to Shelby.
"How do I look?" she asked.
"Like hell," Shelby replied. They laughed as they went back to Mira and BM.

Mira examined Sandra's face for any cuts or scabs from such. "How much of blood was lost from both parties?" Mira asked Shelby.

"And also," BM asked, jumping in after Mira asked his question, "Where was most of it found?"

"A lot of blood. At least a gallon," Shelby said. "Strange thing is, most of the blood was found at the center of the room, although there was blood everywhere...Why that's strange, I'm not sure. I just know something's not right about that."
Sandra let Mira stare at her, feeling slightly uncomfortable since she had no idea what she looked like.
"See, there's no way she could have gotten those black eyes and cuts on her cheeks if she wasn't in a fight. I'm sure there's more injuries throughout her body."

"Remind me, how much blood does it take for one to die of blood loss?" Mira asked, ending his visual examination with evidence of a fight of some type. He shifted his attention to where the blood was said to be.

"Depends on the body weight and height. Four pints is fatal to the average, healthy person," Shelby said. "That would mean that if there were only two people's blood there and each of them lost half a gallon, they should both be dead, supposedly. But we are still waiting for the DNA test results on the blood, in a sense..." She cut off there.

Mira made eye contact with Shelby. "So what happens if Sandra's blood is not there?" Mira asked. "Where's your accusation then?"

"Then there's still the video tape. If it wasn't for the blackout, then it would clearly show her killing the victim. If none of her blood is there, then we'll have to re-examine our evidence and figure out how much of it is falsified," Shelby said. "And I will personally release her and apologize on behalf of the department."

"I have a warrant," Shelby said. "Sorry, Sandra, but you'll have to come with me. You two can ask anyone anything you want. If you find anything new, please stop by the precinct."
And tell me whatever you find. I'll try to piece it together, Sandra thought.
"I think you can figure out where to go from here," she replied kindly. You might find something at the hospital where she worked. Then, Sandra turned to Shelby.
"May I investigate with them? I want to know who did this, too." Shelby shook her head, but then remembered that Sandra couldn't see it.
"No. We can't be sure that you aren't the real killer as of now," she said.
"Then you two can investigate without me. I have to go chat with Richard," Sandra said, smiling slightly. "I'll help you out however I can. And I trust Shelby will give you her full cooperation." That's when Shelby and Sandra left.

"..." Mira didn't like what just happened, but figured she had something in mind. He put his hand in his pocket (in reach for his cell phone), but changed his mind. He really wanted to deal with Shelby for not following proper procedure to (his) satisfaction, but doing so may ruin Sandra's chance to speak with Richard. He mumbled something about the FBI, blood, and Sandra, then started to look around the room.

BM stared in disbelief as Shelby and Sandra left for the Police Station. He attempted to object, but failed to find anything wrong. Besides, Sandra seemed to have a plan anyways. He decided to investigate the room, starting on the end opposite of Mira to cover more ground.

BM was just about to start taking out furniture cushions when he thought he heard someone say his name. He turned, checking if anyone was calling him, but no-one seemed to be doing so. The chairs and couches yielded nothing but some lost change and food crumbs, so he moved on to examing some of the drawers placed near the stairs.

On top were just some pictures of what he guessed to be Felicia. He slowly opened a door mostly to avoid alarming any police officers if it were to squeak. Inside was literally nothing at all. 'What? Weird...' He looked around a bit, poking corners and looking underneath to check if there was some sort of secret compartment, but there was none to be found. Sighing, he shut the door and looked around for anything else he could try examining.

Mira walked over to the blood stain. He examined the size of the stain. He then looked for broken pieces of things, as to confirm a fight

((He saw lots of broken things. Maybe too many? XD))

"Sandra," Richard said coldly. "I was hoping you were dead."
"Nice to see you, too, Richard," Sandra replied warmly with a smug grin. "You were hoping that for a long time, weren't you?"
"Ha! Are you going to accuse me of another crime? This should be good," Richard said.
"I'm piecing things together. Like who killed our sister," Sandra retorted. "I have a great suspicion."
"Ha! Me?" Richard asked.
"No. Not you. It would have to have been a female killer," Sandra said. "And you are male last time I checked. However, you are still responsible."
"How?"
"You hired an assassin, didn't you?" Sandra asked. Richard's lips pursed into a thin line.
"Maybe I did. Maybe I didn't. You have no proof I hired anyone," he said.
"Actually, there is video evidence," Sandra responded. "Your assassin was caught on tape."
"Nice bluff," Richard said. But it was obvious to Sandra that he wasn't convinced it was a bluff.
"And she wasn't a very bight assassin, either. She couldn't even tell the difference between Felicia and me," Sandra said.
"So why are you in here?" Richard asked. "You should be investigating."
"I should be, but I'm being accused of murder," Sandra said easily. "But that's okay. I have two brilliant assistants who will confirm my suspicions and clear my name."

Blahblahassassinblahblahbluffblahblahfelicia.

Mira held his hands to his ears. He didn't bother to make sense of what he heard. All he knew was that his head started to hurt.

He waited about 5 minutes before he continued to investigate.

Mira looked at the mess of the crime scene. He saw many broken pieces of things. "...." He wanted to analyze the crime scene further, but the amount of broken pieces made him lose some focus. After a brief moment, Mira regained focus. He decided to try to look for something that might have fell out of anyone's pockets during the fight.

After about 30 minutes, Mira found a rectangular shape with text on it. He picked it up and realized it was some type of business card. He looked for a number and called it, seeing if he would get a response.

"The person's name is Felicia Castro." Mira continued, in his distorted voice. "She's been skipping out on loan payments. She promised she would have paid it off completely 3 months ago, yet she refuses to pay. This loan was a big one and I haven't gotten a dime back! I want you to kill her and take back my money. Can you do that?"
