Strone kept his gave at the Squire, a serious look as he went to the princess and picked her up and supported her on his back again.

"I thought I said you cant go apllying preassure on your foot for awhile?"

Strone kinda smiled at the princess's actions but turned to face the squire once more.

"I wont tell you what you want or feel is right is wrong or not, but I will tell you to do what you feel is right, not as the law but as in how you truely feel about the action. And with that I bid you good day until our paths cross again, however you may come with us or you can return to the castle. Your choice I will not force either on you."

Strone turned back around and started walking ahead with the princess on his back.

"And do becareful lad, your injured and should rest, Bard you are free to do as you will as well."

Simon smirked and pulled out his dagger "Oh I think I will..." He then tossed said dagger in Strone's direction, just missing his head...

"Ha! I see I still have the skills my father gave me!" Simon had pinned a small animal to the tree. It appeared to be a squirrel of a grey-ish colour. "You see my father was a hunter! I could never quite throw a spear, but the practice gave me a decent arm. All the practice also gave me an outdoorsman sized appetite!" Simon walked over to the tree and removed the small animal and turned to his traveling mates "Hungry?"

"Sir Strone...Your Highness," Jeremiah bowed again. His fury was bubbling, and he was trembling, barely able to control himself.
"You really think that someone who hired a knight to kidnap you would just like to talk to you? I'm sure whatever Sir Strone thinks they're going to do is probably a lie. They wouldn't kidnap royalty just to talk! Can't you see? ...The only way to ensure your safety is to return to the castle. Please forgive me. A lowly squire such as myself should not speak so discourteously to Your Highness."

Strone groans a little and turns around still holding the princess.

"Yes the circumstances may seem shady but what if its something very important? Like the knights let alone the king would let a simple citzen in to speak to them since he wasn't a noble! I would know, I was looked down on, I would report of crimes Nobels have done and report dangers, what would I get? Laughed at beat up or accused of lying! I was poor squire, they never listend to me or took anytime to look into the matters I had to say, so thats why I joined, to get a name of respect for myself, only to learn the truth behind them which is why I quit! Point is, they never would have listend to him so kidnapping her to speak with her was the only way, and I said it before, if he does anything shady I will make sure to be the one who kills him before he lays a finger on the princess."

Strone turned back around after letting out his frustration.

"If he is lying or not you all have my word that I will be the one to end his life. If I fail in that promise to you, you may kill me."

Strone starts to walk off with the princess.

"Sorry for shouting ill of your kingdom and home Lis"

Simon let out a sigh "Aye, both of you! Stand your ground, I am sick and tired of not knowing who to believe here, honestly, the princess was eager to leave with us, however, Jeremiah insists on something else, so why not do the simple thing..." He then pulled out the dagger and threw it into the air, then pulled out his harp. The dagger came down handle side and played a sharp note on the harp. "And Ask the princess what SHE wants to do! After all, we are loyal to her, are we not? Her word shall break this tension, and her word alone." Simon was nearly yelling...but Bards shouldn't yell that way. Not in an angry way anyway.

If the guy does anything shady, you will be the one who kills him? Under penalty of death?...Very well. ...If the princess wishes to continue traveling with you, it is my job to ensure her safety. Your Highness, if you really do wish to continue on this path, please permit me to travel with you." His face was emotionless as he spoke so calmly. Strone did sound genuine, but then again, he did just before kidnapping the princess. Still, Jeremiah cast his hostilities aside. He wanted to hear the princess's opinion.

Strone smirked on what the Princess said, he was right basically seeing how her view was the same as his for the most part, however he felt something for the squire, Pity? Sorry? Who knows.
He talked up to the princess.

"I saw we let him, let him see himself what you want and how it is better for you, and..."

Strone turned yet again to face the squire.

" Squire, you will be leaving your knight to travel with us and you are still a rank of a squire, If you allow it, I will take you on as my squire so your training wouldn't habe been for naught"

Strone looked at the squire with a cool smile, his eyes showing he was telling the truth and actually cared.

"Sir Bryant..." Jeremiah said. How could I forget I was leaving him behind? That knight had become his friend. The only one in the entire castle who treated him with any respect. He felt regret. How could he leave him behind? He'll find a new squire. A better one, he tried to convince himself. And whoever he picks will be lucky...
"If you allow it, I will take you on as my squire so your training wouldn't be for naught," Strone said. Jeremiah looked up at him. He didn't want to serve the man...Who kidnapped the princess...And caused Jeremiah to be a traitor to his own country. Actually, you're the one who decided to become a traitor for the princess. That is not his fault. It's yours. Jeremiah's face became impassive. Besides, at least if you become his squire, you'll have some form of normalcy. You always wanted to be a knight, but you can't be one anymore. A squire is the best job you could possibly get. One last thing: whether you like it or not, you have to trust this guy. You can't blame him for everything. Just make the best of this situation like you usually do. Jeremiah's expression was impassive.
"...It would be an honor...To be your squire, Sir Strone," Jeremiah responded with difficulty. "I would rise now, but I've got rocks wedged in my knees. Moving would make things worse." He smiled.

"With respect, trust is hard to build, easy to break. It will be a long time before I trust you again. But perhaps I will eventually," Jeremiah said. He tried to get up, but when he moved his knees, they felt like they were on fire. Naturally, he fell flat on his face in his attempt to get up.
"I'd hate to ask this," he said, tasting dirt as he moved his mouth. His voice was muffled by the ground. "But could someone help me up please?"

Strone chuckled a bit at the lads statment of trust.

"As long as you trust me enough to travel with us will do for now, let the rest grow in due time"

Strone sighed at the seek of help he needed and walked to him and lifted him by the the squires shoulder on up placing him on his feet. Strone then pulled out some more medical herbs and some ripped cloth he used for banages and opened the squires hands and placed the materials in it looking into his eyes with a kind caring look.

"Use them to attend to your knees or any other wounds you may have inflicted, I would treat them myself but I dont want to intrude on your trust barrier"

Strone let goed of the squires hand and walked ahead like he planned, the princess still on his shoulders, Strone called back to the Bard and Squire.

" I dont believe I know either of your names"

"Thank you, Sir Strone," Jeremiah said, wrapping the herbs around his knees and feet. At least he somewhat respects me... He laughed at Simon's joke, and walked forward to give him a high-five or pat him on the shoulder, but he tripped over a rose bush. Between his knees and his feet, there was now a deep gash, and Jeremiah was eating dirt once again.

"And I may have to change my appearance a bit." Lis said, "I'm pretty recognizable as I am right now, but A quick haircut and a wardrobe change could fix that." She rested her head on strone's shoulder. "And some medical attention for my ankle, and some things to make camp with and...." with the last phrase, she drifted into sleep. She was tired from running more than she was accustomed to.

He realized the princess was now asleep, tired from everything that had happened. He smiled warmly and continued walking.

There was the large tree , but breaking it down would take time without a sturdy sword. "You two...you think you could cut this tree into smaller pieces? I would but..." He then showed them the small dagger.

"Uh-huh..." Jeremiah said, not paying attention. He was staring at the beautiful princess, still gaping at how pretty she was.
Get a hold of yourself, Jeremiah. The princess isn't someone to stare at.
But I never get to see her so up close... There were butterflies in his stomach. Was he...In love with her?
Stupid Jeremiah. She doesn't love you back, he thought. While absorbed in these thoughts, he walked right into a tree.
"Oof." That brought him back to reality. "Uh...Of course. Yeah..." He pulled out his sword and began cutting.

"Heh lost in thought?"

Strone asked as he placed the sleeping princess against a diffrent tree and took out his heavy broadsword and started cutting the other end, must have been 5 strikes before it came down with the help of the squire.

Cutting it into smaller peices they had enough to start a fire for the night. Strone walked back to the sleeping Princess carried her closer to the fire so she wouldnt be cold for the coming night.

"I'll stay up and watch over everyone, you two can get as much sleep as you need"

Strone pulled out a wooden figure out of his bag and some food he packed and started cooking it. He took out a small dagger and was cutting the wood a little as if making something out of it.

"...I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight," Jeremiah admitted. "I'll just...Stay up, I guess." Whenever Jeremiah had a lot to think about, he couldn't sleep since his brain wouldn't shut up. He sat near the fire, grateful that for once he wasn't sitting on anything sharp.

Simon sat by the fire and pulled out his harp once more. He played a quiet lullaby, the one he often climbed the large tree near the castle to play in hopes of someone hearing it. "Strone, can I ask you something? Ever since my youth, I have been a nomad. Never stopping for anything...what about you? I don't know much about you." As Simon slowly played as he sat on a rock.

Strone cut a few bits of the wooden peice he had as his food had finished cooking, he looked at Simon with a interested look.

"Hmm, I dunno, I guess I have just been living in hopes to make the lives around me better. Just going off doing the right thing for others so many can be happy and live peacefully. It may sound impossible but I try everyday to achive such a goal"

Strone took a bite out of his food.
