((No, sorry, L_J. Payne isn't the right age to be at a sleepover. Miles and Larry were only there to keep Phoenix company. And, in case you didn't know, Capybara and Perrydotto, Maya was referring to that part in 3-2 where you present Pearl's profile to Larry, and he hits on her, as usual. Also when Pearl calls Phoenix when she gets lost at Luke's place.))

Maya sghed, and rushed inside to get a megaphone. She'd need one to make herself heard above all those people! She quickly fetched it and went back to the guests. She stood on the sofa, and raised her voice, so, hopefully, she wouldn't need the megaphone to be heard. Maya shouted, but to no avail. She then turned the megaphone on, at full volume. She shouted, "HEY, EVERYONE! SHUT UP! YOU ALL NEED TO PICK A SLEEPING BAG FOR TONIGHT!" Hopefully they heard her.

((Sorry, I can't write more until you guys post, as that would be god-modding if I posted that the characters quited down straight away.))

Miles rubbed his temples at the cacophony of noise that greeted his ears upon arrival. He stood silently as Maya and Wright talked before interjecting coldly.

"Wright, please say I do not have to sleep in a...sack."

He looked down at the sleeping bags scattered on the floor in distaste before turning back to Wright, an eyebrow raised.

She shouted back into the megaphone. "PEOPLE! DOES ANYONE WANT A DRINK?! PICK A SLEEPING BAG AND SIT ON IT!" She finished and got off the sofa, sitting on her own sleeping bag, then shouting 'LIKE THIS!' into the megaphone.

Seeing one of her father's friends ((Edgeworth)) going to the kitchen, she quickly followed, having nothing more to do. She walked behind him, and said, "What are you doing here, friend-of-daddy?" which apparently seemed strange, even to herself, to call a person "friend-of-daddy", even when she said it.

Trucy shrugged. "You're right. Ever since Daddy lost his job, almost all of the money for the family comes from my income at the Wonder Bar, so I really don't know how we manage, but if Daddy has so many friends, we're lucky to get support," not knowing that Phoenix's friends re usually in the same state as he is.

Miles smiled despite himself as he took another sip of the tea. "I wouldn't say he had a lot of friends," he said honestly, "And out of the few he does have, I seem to be the only one in a realistic financial state to 'lend' him money." Miles didn't believe in softening the truth for children, as would appear obvious.

Miles' mouth curled slightly at the corner in a half-smile. "I'll be sure to come to you if I do gain any talented friends." He set his now empty cup onto the counter and strode back into the living area where he saw Larry talking to an uncomfortable looking Lana Skye. He stepped beside Lana with the intent of rescuing her from Larry's 'affections'.

"Miss Skye, what a surprise to see you here," Miles said with a glare at the Butz.
