Trucy Wright decides to host a spin the bottle party at the Wright's residence! With teenagers, lawyers, and a series of unexpected events and encounters, it proves to be a game that no one will soon forget.

This is a continuation of the Spin The Bottle RP; we will be picking up from where we left off there. This RP is following the Apollo Justice timeline, a few months after the final case. Since the former GM xNoLemonHerex has left the building, the role of GM has been passed down to me. I'm not very experienced with this but I'll do my best to keep things organized and fun for everyone. :)
POSTING GUIDELINES (last updated 12/04/09)- ► Follow forum rules and regulations. This rule is absolute.
► No godmodding. This means don't control another person's character without their permission. But exceptions will be given in certain unavoidable situations.
► Use double parenthesis when talking in OOC. Actually, any format will do, so long as we are able to tell that you're talking in OOC.
► Post with substance. This means when you post make it so that the others will be given something to go on as much as possible. Keep one-liners to a minimum.
► If you're going to leave for a fairly long period of time, let us know beforehand. It's so we'll be able to plan ahead and make necessary adjustments if needed. Which brings us to...
► If you disappear for a week without a word, we reserve the right to mod your characters as necessary. This is to keep things moving along. So if you're going to be away for some time please let us know!
► Do your best to keep up with what's going on. I know that not everyone checks back every other hour of the day, but at least make an effort to read what your fellow RPers have written. Giving a recap every time is tiring and a bit insulting to the active RPers; writing posts do take some time and effort after all.
► Pairings have to be approved by both parties before they can be carried out. For example you're playing Phoenix and another RPer is playing Maya. Discuss it with them first if they're okay with the pairing before doing anything suggestive.
SPIN THE BOTTLE MECHANICS (last updated 11/22/09)It was original going to be just one group playing, but since family members were involved we decided to split the game into two; the younger group comprised of mostly teenagers will be playing spin the bottle, while the older group comprised of mostly adults will be playing truth or dare.

- ► The front door's frame was broken due to a break-in; it's in noticeably bad shape. You can swing it open without having to turn the handle.
► The kitchen door's (leading to the living room) frame is also broken.
► When you enter through the front door you'll pass through the living room before you can get to the kitchen, unless a person from the household leads you there via another route. Here's a map of the Wright residence provided by Arkillian. Gray areas are either walls or corridors.
► Klavier was asked by Phoenix and Miles to chaperon the younger group.
► The Gavinners are known to have broken up.
► Klavier's bike is parked right outside Wright's house.
► Zeth's bright yellow Vespa is parked right outside Wright's house.
► Miles's bright red sports car is parked close to Wright's house.
► Sean's car is parked close to Wright's house.
► Phoenix and Trucy are wearing pajamas.

Note: I will be doing an activeness check from time to time via PM to inactive RPers. This is to see if people who signed up are still kicking and are still willing to participate in the RP. You can still sign up for them again if you want, but you will have to start from the beginning or pick up where the exit left off, whichever applies. "Finally I've gotten out of prison. It may have cost me some money but I made it out." Kristoph said. He then heard some commotion going on over at a house nearby. He went over the the front door...or where the front door should have been. He wondered what was going on and he waited for someone to let him in. Being the gentleman he was he didn't go in without being invited.

Also, might I suggest that you think of a better reason than simply being an escaped convict? Because we have detectives and lawyers in the house; I don't think they'll take too kindly on housing a person escaping from prison there. And Kristoph, no less. They might apprehend him on the spot.))

Hearing the door area knock, Phoenix glanced around at the position he was in with a hum, before lifting Trucy up as he stood up, and rested her back on the floor where he sat.
"Could you keep my spot warm for me, Trucy?" Phoenix asked, giving her a cuddle, "I'm going to answer the door." Striding chirpily to the broken door, Phoenix felt very positive minded with the fun game going on. Grabbing his door handle, Phoenix opened the door properly, and instantly felt his blood freeze over as there before him stood Kristoph Gavin. Darkening his expression, Phoenix's grip on the door handle tightened.
"I thought you were in jail, old friend. I'm curious as to how you managed to get here."

Trucy watched all the commotion, smiling as she saw Zeth. She knew he wasn't into kid games, but hoped he'd stay anyway. She remembered him coming over every friday for quite a while, now. He was a good friend of her father's and like a third daddy to her, well, not really, maybe an uncle.
She just remained silent this whole time, though, watching from person to person. She wondered if Sean wanted Klavier to look at her chest or not, and figured now she could pull off her dress when she wanted. After the doorbell rang, her father picked her up and set her on the couch. Feeling left out, she followed behind her father, and peeked to see Kristoph.
This caused an emotional rush through her head. Her father was the only one to see her true feeling on the subject of Kristoph and her real father. After she came to, she waved some, smiling big. "Hello, M-Mr. Gavin!" She hoped that the man wasn't going to stay, but it seemed likely he was.
She adverted her eyes, not sure whether to look at the man that killed her real father, or not. Still though, she smiled, and kept the sadness, that tried to emerge, inside of her. Quickly, she was back over with the Spin the bottle group, crawling next to Zeth and taking his arm, cuddling into it. She knew her father had spoken about Trucy's father's death to Zeth, she had overheard it.
"Mr. Zeth..." She kept her smile, but even Zeth would be able to tell she was uneasy about something. She couldn't help herself, she needed someone to hold to, but she knew Klavier would definately want to talk to his brother.

Klavier watched as Phoenix left his seat with Trucy following shortly after. He was headed for the front door. Another guest, he thought. Paying it little mind Klavier turned to Sean again to carry on pestering her, up until...
"Hello, M-Mr. Gavin!"
Her voice was loud enough for him to hear. Sean quickly turned her head; it seems like she had heard as well. Klavier's expression froze for a few moments. No... it couldn't be. Turning to the young magician, who was now latched onto Zeth's arm, he furrowed his brow. "Fraulein... What did you just say?" he asked, his tone and expression deathly serious.
