Trucy giggled, leaning against Wocky. "I forgot, I have to stay at the house, Wocky..You're gonna have to go with Mr. Gumshoe..I have to get ready for our next event.. But when you get back I'll make it up to you...but you gotta win first place~" She leant in, pressing her lips to his for a moment before grabbing the top hat with the clues and looking up, noticing her father. "Oh, hi daddy!" She giggled against and ran off past her dad and into the other room.

After she made it, she held out the clues. "Alright, everyone,each group can come grab a clue and get started! "She smiled and held the hat out. After everyone got their clue, she put the top hat on and smiled.

Gumshoe scratched his head thinking the clue over in his head C'mon pal, you're a detective something like this shouldn't be a scratch for someone like you.

"Well it doesn't seem too tough still I suppose it's only the first one, People Park is the only one nearby and I'm just looking for noodles once I get there" he said drifting into a daydream of the taste of his own noodles "Hey pal! Get in here we gotta move to the car!" he shouted to Wocky in Trucy's room.

When Trucy kissed him, Wocky felt like he was floating on air, but when she mentioned his partner was Gumshoe, he fell back down, feeling disappointed.

"Oh, aiite", He said as he took the clue from her and walked over towards his new partner as he was calling him.

Lana took a look at the clue she was given. The case was around eight years old but she almost remembered clear as day it was Gourd Lake where the homicide took place. "So Jeremy should we be getting going soon to find the photo at the lake?"

((Alright, finally we can get started. These are eeeeeeasy, haha.))

Jay had played all the Phoenix Wright games, even the Apollo Justice one, and knew of only one restaurant in the area that was Russian and involved cards... the Borscht Bowl club. Jay went off to find that awesome judge person or whatever, calling out, "Hey awesome judge person! We got our clue. Finish what you got going now so we can get on the case!" Jay thought that such an awesome person wouldn't be dilly-dallying around so much.

Jeremy, on the other hand, had already heard Lana's thoughts on the clue. "Yep, that place is just what I thought too. Do you know the quickest way? If so, I'll even let you drive the hoverboard! Haha." Jeremy wasn't joking though, as he began unstrapping his hoverboard and walking towards the front door, motioning for Lana to follow. That clue was too easy. Of course it was Gourd Lake where that case a few years ago took place. He also remembered the photo... but would it really still be there? Only one way to find out.
((Platinum, you may go ahead and take the reigns of the hoverboard. Just assume that Jeremy gets on the hoverboard (as it can hold a few people on it at once) behind you. And remember, have fun.))

Lana was reluctant to try out a hoverboard but felt it would be the only time she would get to ride on one. "So I wonder how you ride this thing?" Lana took a look at the hoverboard once she got on it. There was a steering compartment which was similar to a steering wheel without the wheel. She pressed what she assumed to be the on button and rode off to Gourdy Lake with Jeremy in the back.

Gumshoe frowned seeing Wocky looking so down "Hey lighten up pal!" he said patting his new partner on the back "The first clue is easy I've already solved it more or less" he said proudly leading Wocky down the stairs and out to his car. "Right get in, we're headed to People's Park pal, you know the area better than me so whatcha think it means about noodles?" he asked him as he started up the car.

Isaac leaned up against the wall. He was watching as the others were leaving with their first clue.

I: (Gah! Where's that Dekuran guy? He better hurry up, I wanna get this thing started! Wait...I should think about our first clue, anyways...let's see...a body in a trunk...2 crime scenes...Mr. Goodman...Eureka! We gotta go to the Prosecutor's Office! Wait...that was the REAL crime scene...so where was that "fake" one? Ah, well, I'll ask Dekuran.)

Udgey was searching for Justin Laws, so they could begin the Scavenger Hunt.

J: Hellooooooooo! Mr. Laws, are you in here? (Wait, why am I looking for him? He should be looking for ME! I'm the old one here! I'll use my free time to think about the clue...Gumshoe's favorite...doesn't ring a be- Oh, Dear God NO! The chef in pink...could it really be...?) Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!

The psudo gangster brushed right by Phoenix. Wocky didn't even look at him. Phoenix didn't get a chance to say anything to Wocky, so he went over towards Trucy.

P: Trucy, we need to talk. Come to my room, right now.

He looked quite serious. But not too serious to make his daughter cry, just to let her know he's being serious.

Lana arrived at Gourdy Lake without coming up with an explanation as to how she managed to ride a hoverboard for two miles. "Now I just need to remember where Lotta was.....oh great I don't remember that part of the case since it wasn't that discussed." Lana turned to her partner in this, Jeremy. "Got any ideas Jeremy? I don't think looking through a park this big at random will help us very much."

Jay was getting a bit frustrated. 'Hey Jer, you at your clue yet?' Jay thought, using his mental link.
'Hm? Yeah, we're already there. That awesome dude standing you up or something? Haha...' Jeremy joked.
'Actually, yes he is, and it is getting a bit annoying.' Jay was considering going off by himself to look for the clue, but he was too considering to. A bit longer, and he just might, though...

Meanwhile, Jeremy was strapping the hoverboard back behind his backpack. "We can walk from here," Jeremy said as Lana pondered the clue. "Ah yes, the Edgeworth case, where Robert Hammond was murdered... Lessee, if I remember correctly..." Jeremy was thinking back to the games, his only source of information about the case, which from what he'd read in the papers, was pretty darn accurate. "The area that Phoenix had to explore had a Samurai Dogs stand in the middle, then to the left was a boathouse, and to the right was... where Lotta was camping (illegally). I'm surprised the authorities let the game makers get away with describing the cases in such detail in the game... But oh well." Jeremy finished his explanation and began looking for a point of reference. "I think it was this way, even though it was about eight years ago," Jeremy finally said as he pointed towards the lake where he thought he saw a stand of some kind.

Lana noticed where Jeremy was pointing to and walked toward that spot. She noticed the stand and took into account that it was still poor quality like back in that case. "So we just keep walking to the right until we get to a clearing for the best word I can think of? Sounds good then. Let's get going." Lana switched between walking and jogging there hoping Jeremy wouldn't get tired behind her.

Gumshoe beamed glad to have a lead "Good eye pal!" he said pulling over "Who is that guy?! Maybe he's a criminal! The clue said something about criminals but I can't see little Trucy setting something that sinister up..." he said readying his badge to make an arrest if he needed to..

"Ah, finally," Jay said when JA coughed behind him. He turned around and explained, "The clue mentioned a Russian restaurant, a bad piano player, and cards. There's only one restaurant in the area I can think of: the Borscht Bowl Club. We should get going, because we're not the first (but certainly not the last) out of the gate. If you know the way there, we can ride my hoverboard." Jay began running towards the front door, unstrapping his hoverboard and running outside, hoping JA was following him.

Jeremy was not getting tired following Lana. He wasn't in the best possible shape, but he was definitely fit and could run for a little while. He just followed Lana while looking around at the beautiful scenery (well, about as beautiful as Gourd Lake could be...) and enjoying the fresh air and the wind blowing through his hair as he ran. Jeremy predicted that it wouldn't be long until they reached the clearing.

((Wait, I just realized... How will we know when we found the answer? Are we just supposed to "find" it, and be fair enough as to not find every clue in one post? I was just a bit confused about that.))

Jay didn't stick around too long to hear JA call his board 'sissy'. He quickly kicked the thrust up to nine (out of ten, to give JA a chance), flying towards where he remembered the Borscht place being. Because it was a hoverboard, it could go off-road, so he didn't have to worry about traffic. (The hoverboard wasn't exactly a "normal vehicle" anyway and it could turn some heads on the highway...)
((NOTE: I'm not trying to out-awesome JA by any means. I am just trying to have fun.))

Jeremy and Lana were now coming upon the clearing. "Okay, we're here. Where should we look first?" Jeremy asked, beginning to scan the area. It was almost as he remembered it from the game, minus Lotta's van and crazy camera.

Lana stopped and thought for a few seconds on the back of Jeremy's question. "Look for anything that's been slightly disturbed. Dirt that seems oddly distributed and vegetation that's been oddly cleared down.....or of course they could have buried the photo under some dirt behind a tree. We have some time." Lana walked and stared at the lush grass as she walked up to the forest looking for anything unusual.

Trucy blinked some as she looked to her father with a large grin on. her innocent eyelids fluttered as she nodded some and followed her father back to his room. She knew he'd be angry, but it was only a kiss. Though, her father mentioned that no one was to kiss his little angel without permission. As they got into the room, she shyly waved her hand in dismissal. "Daddy, you see~! What happened was uhh...Uhm...I fell forwards and I accidently kissed him..." She hoped her father would believe such a horrible lie.

The clue hidden around gourd lake was quite a hard one to find. The picture was easily hidden within a bird's nest, and the little blue bird had been pecking at it and scratching it with it's beak. It was only a matter of time before the clue was torn into shreds, and the words written on the back of the picture completely unreadable.

The borscht was open, and ready for the two going for the clue, which happened to be a card.Not just any card, an Ace of spades. When the two would walk into the Borscht, they would notice several crates. All of then were full of empty bottle of grape juice. One of then had the card within it, and the words on the outside of the bottle it was written: 'Do not break this bottle!'

Isaac had come across Edgeworth's car, and remembered something very significant about the car. He bent over nd checked the muffler...

Udgey and Justin Laws began to drive to their first destination...the ominoius Tres Bien.

"Uhhh...Mr. Laws, do you happen to know if that, erm, "fabulous" chef is still working at that resturaunt. Ugh, I don't want to be rubbed in lotion by that creature..."

The pair had pulled up in front of Tres Bien. Udgey gently opened the door, but it had a very bad *creeeeeeeeaaaakkkk* sound. Udgey whispered to Justin:

"Ok, now be very quiet...we have to find this ticket without being spotted by the chef...and if you find it, please don't make any 'Billy Bonka' references. You look on the tables, I'll go in the kitchen...wish me luck...*gulp*

Phoenix wanted to be stern with Trucy, but her dazzling innocent eyes were too much for him. His anger had collapsed like a ton of bricks.

"Heh heh, you're funny, Trucy. It's alright, now. I mean, how can I ever get mad at you for an accident? Come over here and give your Daddy a hug."

Phoenix then hugged his daughter in a warm embrace. He knew she disobeyed him, but he'll be stern with her another time, because tonight was a night of fun, and he didn't want to ruin that for his little magician.

Lana gave up after twenty minutes of noticing nothing but a pair of footprints that would match the size of Trucy's feet that led to a tree. "I don't see anything that a girl would risk putting up there....oh wait she's friends with a gangster, she'll do anything to put on a good show." Lana looked around the tree and went to the other side where she noticed a birds nest. "That is the only thing I can think of that would make sense that would hold the clue. Question is how should I get up there? I was never good at climbing trees. Hey Jeremy you want to take a try at going up to the birds nest and see what's inside please?"

Trucy giggled as her father forgave her. She gave him a big hug and rushed out into the living room. "Daddy, what's the next event again? Is it Truth or dare? I think it will take them a long time to find allll those clues! Oh, we can order pizza and get in our pajamas and eat and then play truth or dare! Come on, I wanna skip the other event~"

The bird continued pecking at the photo until Lana got close to the tree. The bird quickly flew off to another tree, and photo held between it's beak.

As Eldoon saw Wocky and Gumshoe coming over, he smirked. He knew they'd deman the paper, but of course, he had strict orders. "Buy some of my noodles and eat them all, and you can have it. That'll be ten bucks." He overpriced the noodled purposely, only because he knew they'd pay for the clue. Sadly, the noodle buying may have seemed like Trucy's idea, it wasn't. He had put the fake gun, which was the clue, into a vault, and they would need the four digits to enter it to get the gun.

Lana heard faintly a bird move from the nest she had been looking at heading to another tree with what looked like a photo in it's beak. "Oh great that bird is going to destroy our clue. Well I guess I'll climb up the tree. Jeremy I need some leverage for me to get up to the closest branch."

Eldoon grinned and snatched the bill with a grin. He put down two bowls of noodles and crossed his arms, leaning back. Watching the two, he thought of what Wocky would do when he found out that he wouldn't get the clue that easily. "Eat away."

Jean heard the door to his restaurant open and already knew what they came for. He smiled and came out, holding a rose. "Oh, look what we have here. Ah, you must be zee scavenger hunt, hm? Come, zeet down and order zome food, okay?" He walked back into the kitchen and came out with some perfume, offering it to the judge. "Here you are, miseur [sp? D:] my zpecial perfume, juzt for you~."

As Jean when back into the kitchen to cook, Viola walked into the place, and Jean was heard giggling in the kitchen. Viola walked into the kitchen and came out with two cups, setting one in front of each visitor. "Coffee? I made it...Myself...Ku...ku...ku..."

As Olga began cleaning up, she looked to the door, noticing Jay and JA. She hid the card well, in one of the several thousand bottles in several crates. She owed Phoenix for tricking him, and was fine with repaying his daughter. She was dressed normally, in her pirate-looking clothing. It was too warm to be dresssed in her russian clothing. "Welcome to The Borscht, you may begin your search, but be warned, it will be hard." Olga had taken out the bottle with the card and had hid it elsewhere in the restaurant.

Angel Starr happened to be selling her lunches still. She knew exactly what to do, and who she was up against. She had the clue safely between her breasts, so that it'd be impossible to find. As she noticed the two that seemed to be parking, she smirked. "This will be fun, won't it?" She flipped her bangs to the other side and smiled. She was going to pretend she hadn't heard or seen of a clue.

Isaac smiled, showing his sparkling teeth. He couldn't help but eying her breasts, but he had to control himself, after all, he wanted to be a good influence on Dekuran.

"Hey, Scrubby! Any luck with the clue?"

Isaac "tripped" and felt Angel's left breast.

Udgey was quite startled by the flamboyant chef, waving his chest in his face.

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! Mr. Laws! Abort the mission! RUN!!!!!"

But Justin was sitting in one of the seats, looking at the menu, talking to the server girl.

"Hmmmm....I guess it wouldn't hurt to try the food."

Udgey felt a presence he hadn't felt in a long time... :igarashi:

he was staring right at him.

("Relax, Udgey, I don't want any trouble!")

Udgey and Justin were served coffe by Viola. The duo couldn't think where the clue could possibly be.

"Hmmmmmm...Maybe it's...!" Udgey looked under the table, to no avail. He then remembered the "poisoned" coffee. "No...it can't be!"

Seeing as though the place was virtually clean of the ticket, Udgey cam to the conclusion that the coffee was a test: drink it, gain the clue. But then he would die. Udgey devised a genius plan.

"Oh Miss Serving Girl! Can you please bring us some sugar for our coffee?" Viola left. "Alright, Mr. Laws, now we dump our coffee out of the window, that way it looks like we drank it!" They did just that...

Phoenix liked Trucy's idea, but also had another suggestion:

"That does sound like fun, Trucy. Good thinking!" But they had to think ahead. They were going to come back eventually. "Say, wanna play this really fun game I played with my friends not too long ago? It's called 'Take the Money From the Trenchcoat'. Y'see, we all stick some money in Gumshoe's pockets. After that, we tell him there's a whole bunch of cash in there, and we all try to get it all from him. Gumshoe's really good, though. Last time we played we only got $5 out of his pockets! And don't worry, he keeps all the money in the end."

Gumshoe however was used to salty noodles, and wolfed down his bowl with gusto. "Ahh pal these noodles are the best, way better than any I've ever made myself!" he said grinning a strand of noodle dangling from the edge of his mouth before he slurped it up "Hey pal you gonna finish that?" he said indicating Wocky's bowl with his chopsticks.

((I'm just going to assume that I got there before JA. He can come in behind me or whatever.))
Jay finally made it to the restaurant. He didn't feel like stopping the hoverboard so fast and he saw that the door was open, so he just rode on in, slowing down as he did. He noticed Olga, the Russian "waitress", walking in from somewhere. When she mentioned the "search", Jay knew that Nick and Trucy had set this up with their "friends". "Will do, Miss Orly," Jay replied, beginning to survey the room. Lots of tables, the "famous" piano, and... crates, lots of them. Too conspicuous to be just lying there. He put away his hoverboard, walked over to the stack of crates, and opened one. Lots of empty grape juice. He continued opening more crates, hoping the clue would jump out at him.

When Jeremy heard Lana speak, he instantly looked up from what he was doing. He saw the bird in the tree as it began flying over to another one. He then heard Lana ask him to give her a boost up to a branch. "Are you sure you don't want me to go up there myself? I'm a fairly-decent climber," Jeremy said as he walked over to the tree the bird landed on. "Well I'm in position either way," Jeremy commented as he stood next to the tree, awaiting Lana's suggestion.

"Well I must say that's nice Jeremy but I'll attempt it." Jeremy lifted Lana up to the branch where Lana grabbed it with her glove. "I shouldn't be panicking and I'm not going to admit it here." Lana climbed up to the branch where the bird had settled into another nest. She slowly reached for the nest while slowly advancing on the large branch. The bird let go of the photo as she reached for it. "Thank you lord.....now how do I get down from here." Then the branch she was on collasped from age as she desecended downwards while screaming.

((Oh, oh, I HAVE to do Jeremy's thing first in the "duet" this time. Sorry Jay, but you're getting pushed to the back for now. Also, if you don't like the "mysterious bracelet powers" thing and/or think I should expand on it more, just let me know.))

Jeremy's eyes widened as he saw the branch Lana was standing on begin to collapse. "LANA!" Jeremy shouted as the blood in his system started going into overdrive. Another thing that was going into overdrive was the bracelet on Jeremy's wrist, which suddenly flashed with brilliance. There was almost a feeling of time slowing to a crawl as Jeremy tried to think quickly as to what to do. In that Matrix moment, he threw his hoverboard to the side (as it was very rigid and hard and not a good landing pad), and moved the backpack behind it, being full of soft things like bedding (the brothers never put down their stuff...), to the front of him. It was an awkward feeling, but he didn't mind for this situation. Jeremy jumped into the air as high as he could, feeling the adrenaline rushing as he reached for Lana, trying to slow her fall. He slowly rotated into a position where he could fall flat with Lana landing on top of him. Time stopped for just an instant as the backpack came in contact with Lana. Then... a soft thud sounded as he started falling with Lana, but time still felt as slow as ever. Jeremy was hoping as he approached the ground that the backpack would provide enough cushioning to break the fall. Regardless of any injuries that may occur after the fall, Jeremy thanked his bracelet for giving him the help he needed.
((I also hope this wasn't overpowering my character too much... Oh well.))

Jay was frantically searching the crates. He kept going until he came to a crate that was odd... It looked like one bottle was missing out of it! Just then, Jay felt a sort of troubling sensation. Something was telling him his brother might be in danger.
'Jeremy! Are you okay? Is something wrong?' Jay asked in his thoughts as he slammed the crate shut and sat down on it in frustration.
'Oh no, nothing except... I'm currently falling. Don't worry though, keep looking for your clue!' Jeremy replied as he continued to fall.
'My goodness...' was all Jay could think as he stood up and began running towards the nearest object, brushing it aside with almost no effort looking for the clue. He then went around the room and looked around, beneath, inside, on top of, and between any objects he saw, looking for that missing bottle.
((Strange actions, I know, but I think it gives my characters some depth. Also... posting at 4 AM! Yaaaaay.))
