I was all 'this case has gone from creepy to just plai ridiculous!'

Anyway, I was stuck on Bikini's testimony about the snowmobile, I was about to turn to the internet for an answer after mulling it over for an hour, but as soon as I hit my computer's power button I was all "Zvarri!" Only one set of tracks....

Whats most annoying is when you get to the right conclusion, and you present some evidence that proves that, only to lose cause your meant to be pinning it on someone else at that point during the case.grr. :chinami:

I solved part of them, hm...
At 1 I solved most of them at the start, only 1-4 on the second day...(Did not finish 1-5 yet.)
At 2... solved most of them at the second day.
at 3... I solved 3-2 at the mid of the third trial, and that's it.

When did you guys know who the killer in 3-5 was?

I actually first thought about it when they asked me who it was. The only clue I had was "Something you can only see in the dark" and when I thought back to 3-3, when the lights went out, I thought "...Godot? But...WHY?!". I thought of a motive for an hour, and also how he did it. I was just sitting there for half an hour without doing anything and just thinking.
After that, it all made sense (i.e., the square without snow in the garden).

For some reason this happens to me about 85% of the time; probably because I read nothing but mysteries and have been watching nothing but Monk, Psych, House, and Law & Order...

I always end up figuring out who the killer is once they appear in a certain place, because they are usually the odd man out. For example with
case 2-1; Cop, Cop, Civilian. Who's the criminal?
case 3-2; Security Guard, Ex-Security Guard, Ace Detective. Who's the criminal?
case 3-3; Maid, Chef, Mob boss. Who's the criminal?

I could keep going, of course.

Just why not?
You always need to get the motive too.

Did anyone of you actually know the motive in 1-1 before they showed it at the end?
(Or do you actually say it in court, because I always pick the sugardaddy option)

I solved cases 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 pretty quickly. I knew who's the killer almost from the beginning. In 3-5 not so, but close.

I had my suspicions in 2-2 the moment that it was mentioned that Ini's "sister" had been involved in a car accident. And then they mentioned the Plastic Surgery. That was the icing on the cake for me; I've read/watched far too many things where after plastic surgery somebody looks like somebody who they're not xD. Once I worked that much out, the rest came pretty obviously; if Ini is actually Mimi then that had to be the motive to kill Dr. Grey and logically the only person who would have that motive was "Ini" so I worked most of it from the first or second day. Unfortunately I got all ahead of myself and started presenting all the wrong evidence :knock-knock: .

Spoiler: 1-5
I solved 1-5 when I saw Gant. Maybe because he was too nice.

And of course 1-1, 2-1 and 3-1 when the killer came to the witness stand. xD
And 3-3 was pretty obvious, it was clear that the killer was the fake Phoenix.

IT WAS THE LIGHT OF MIA'S SHINING... uh... eyes.
Seriously though, I did the exact same thing.

I don't really think there are that many cases when you're not supposed to figure out who the murderer is as soon as you mett them. As a series, Ace Attorney is more about catching the criminal rather than figuring out who s/he is.
