Jadey had been her friend for many years - they were practically sisters. Jadey always used the motto, sisters before misters. She always did have an insane list of boyfriends, thought Chloe. It was quite a blessing that she was in flat shoes; she would have broken an ankle by now. She. Was. Worried. Sick.
Thankfully Jadey was still alive, but Chloe could have lost her greatest friend in the whole world. She was going to punch Jadey's boyfriend when she saw him.
And she finally reached the hospital, and she hoped no one she knew had noticed her. She knew they would all be waiting for her with patience.
