You can use bulbapedia. =) It's fun because you can make TEH AWESOME PAKEMANZ with counting all that mechanical stuff, but it's fun only for nerds like me. xD

My biggest problem has been that my copy of Diamond was pirated. I feel if I'm going to spend hours of training my pokémons I atleast want it on retail copy.

That's probably because the cartridge battery is dead, not GBC.
I have GBC and GBA, but don't have any normal games with them. I want to play Pokemon Crystal too. =\
