Yeah, I only remembered how to fix that problem when I tested the image out in GIMP and noticed (replace).

Though I did edit my post a few seconds later as I wasn't sure whether you could do my request as I only have the base sprites of his individual poses and not the blinking and talking frames :P

You can also just give me the bases with the blinking eyes and mouth separate, and I can just paste them on as I animate them, no problem. I'm pretty flexible.
I'm already almost finished with Sonic's animations though. Easier than I thought. XD

This was made from her crying animation, right? The colors on the lower half of her torso are darkened from the shadow of her arms... Since her arms are no longer there, you should make the colors match her other sprites. She's at a slight angle in most of her sprites, but a shift this small wouldn't create that much shade.

Plus, her coat was in shadow even above where her arms were, so I didn't try to add more light to it. I also imagine her leaning forward slightly too, although I wasn't able to figure out a good way to do that.

'Practice' is not the key word here, and it's quite silly of you to use that as an excuse. The key word is 'anatomy'.It's not actually that hard. Actually, you could've used your Lisa sprite as a reference to how redraw Franziska's body.
Anyway... Since she's holding her hands in the back, her chest should be pushed more to the front and her breasts shouldn't be squeezed together like that. Also, the innermost parts of the leg o'mutton sleeves shouldn't be visible, as she'd be covering them with her chest.
Here's a picture, I hope it will be easier to understand what I'm talking about.

When I did Lisa, the part I had to redraw was fairly small in comparison, which is why that one turned out better. For some reason, I thought Franziska's hips were a lot lower. I guess I'll go give Franny another try. I'll be back.

I haven't animated it yet, because I think I'll wait until I get some more feedback on this one first. That way, I won't have to animate it over and over again with new versions of the sprite. >__<

Oh, and to add to what Chesu said, make her waist a little slimmer and the hips rounder. The shape should be more 'hourglass' and less 'keyhole' and it will be nice ;3 I'd fix it for you, but I'm supposed to be doing my homework, haha. (argh, what happened to the sweatdropping Phoenix emote? D: I can't find it anywhere)

And instead of pasting it into paint to view it, you can right click it and select "view image", which will take you to a page with a white background with the image. ^_^
I'm also technically IN school right now, but since I'm homeschooled, I can spent it all in front of my computer. As long as my work gets done, my Mom doesn't care what I do.

I'm not quite sure what my next project is going to be, but It'll probably be something I won't need to have spoiler tags all over when I post it. >__<
I may go and revisit my previous Franziska animation, and try to add more bounce to that one, but probably only if enough people tell me that I should.

I think I'd go back and fix the older Franzy a little; she doesn't need many changes at this point and it would make the sprite look much better. To be more precise, you could make her cravat and breasts bounce slightly; it doesn't make much sense for them to stay still. Just... don't overdo the breasts.
