Klavier found it to be an amusing coincidence how Darren and his lady happened to pass by shortly after. Seems like they were done with their business, and from the looks of things everything turned out well. It somehow made him reminiscent of his younger wilder days; a phase of his life that he admittedly hasn't completely outgrown. Quite pleased with himself, the rockstar turned to Ema and smiled. "No, none at all."

Stopping by the group, Darren noticed a HEAP of new people on the scene. Sitting back down at the circle, he noticed a cute new girl standing around looking lost behind the Skunk haired jerk... why was HE still in the game? Wasn't he out already? Trucy was at the circle, Connie seemed to have popped out for a moment, and Julia...
Julia was saturated.
"Give me a moment, Nads," Darren asked urgently, "My sis is saturated!" Leaping up to his feet, Darren began to head off to his sister to help her out.
((Is Apollo gonna help Julia first? T.T She's all wet from the rain :( ))

He paused momentarily as he popped the snack into his mouth. Something... didn't feel quite right. It was as if someone was watching him. Looking over his shoulder, the rockstar's eyes locked with those of a young girl's, who was indeed staring. Quite intensely, in fact. Judging by the look of utter disbelief on the girl's face Klavier could only assume she was a fan.
In any case, he made it a point to be gentle, albeit a little cautious. His fans meant the world to him.
"Guten Tag!" he greeted warmly, his hand snaking back into Ema's snackoo bag all the while. "You're one of Trucy's friends, ja? Come on in."

"Trucy," Phoenix called out to his daughter as he knelt down beside her. Extending his arms out to his daughter, Phoenix gave her a warm smile, "Come over here, Princess," Feeling better that his first in this game was atleast his daughter, Phoenix didn't feel too weirded out by kissing an underaged girl on the lips. He had given plenty of kisses to Trucy before now. This one would be no different. First though- a big hug. He wasnt' sure why, but she seemed like she could use one.

Sean tapped her fingers mindlessly upon the kitchen table, staring down a tea-sipping Kristoph with piercing eyes. There was nothing more infuriating and downright boring than keeping watch on this bastard. But someone had to do it. She had to keep her thoughts focused elsewhere to keep herself composed, like say... that crazy girl that snatched Pointy away earlier on.
Rising to her feet she strolled over to the kitchen door and pushed it open slightly, giving Kristoph one last wary look before peeking outside. Yes, as much as she hated to admit it, her curiosity had gotten the best of her. Just what was going on that had that girl all riled up?

"Ah." Klavier muttered, laughing through his nose as he retracted his hand. He had expected as much. Experience has taught him that pilfering even the tiniest piece of the detective's snacks would most likely result to unsightly swelling and bruising on the aggressive party. Why on EARTH does Darren decide to call the group to hang out HERE of all places? Alex thought to himself sourly, Not only is it no where near anyone on the team's house, but I had to run 5 blocks in pouring RAIN. The guys better not spend the whole time talking about girls again...
Looking at the door, Alex's eyes flared to an alert. Someone had broken in.
"Weapon... I need a weapon. The burglar may still be there..." Alex murmured, spotting a stray garden rake on the ground. Picking it up, Alex quietly opened the door and snuck into the room. Sneeking down the corridor, Alex heard the crack of a loud slap from the right. Bracing the rake like an ice hockey stick, Alex smirked. Perfect. This is as close to an icehockey stick as I can get, and there's plenty I can do with them.
"Come on... can't I have just one more?" Glancing around the corner of a hall into a noisy room, Alex's eyes flared up as he saw some strange man grabbing a woman that VERY obviously didn't want to be touched, Reaching for her shirt with hungry eyes. Narrowing his eyes then into a glare, Alex braced the rake. Oh, I don't know who you are, but you're looking VERY not innocent right now, pretty boy.
Raising the rack up, Alex dived forward, swinging the metal end of the rake around, hooking Klavier's ankles, and flicking him clean off his feet and onto the floor. Alex rolled around on his shoulder back onto his feet, before springing back at the blond haired man, and pinning him to the floor with his body weight and the rake arm. Giving the man a smirk, Alex sniffed a dissaproving noise.
"You better have a damn good reason for being here, and upsetting the lady of the house, pretty boy."

She loomed over the teenage boy with an ominous shadowed expression. "You've got ten seconds to explain yourself, kid." she said, a certain chilly rasping in her tone. "And it better be good. 'Cause the way things are looking, you and I're gonna have to spend some nice, quality time downtown."

"Awe maaan." Alex grumbled, "What has Darren dragged me into this time?" Carefully chucking the rack out of the way, Alex got up and cleared a way for the blond haired guy to get up, and offered his hand. Not bothering with the person looming beside him, Alex made sure he could see the offer to help him up, giving him an apologetic smile.
"Sorry about that," Alex started, "Darren didn't tell me that this was going to be a party. I thought that someone had broken into the house and was... You know?" Do I even WANT to know how the door got broken into? Suddenly grinning awkwardly, Alex glanced aside, "This isn't just a party though, is it? Darren would tell me if this was just a party."
((Sorry- I should also mention that Alex has not respect for authority. His opinion is- if it seems like a good idea to him, he'll do it. Threatening him doesn't work due to his health dose of self confidence.))

"Alex!" Noticing some movement in the corner of his eye, Alex glanced up and spotted Nadine. Giving her a welcoming wave as he waited for the blond guy, he noticed then that she was in what appeared to be a circle with an empty bottle in the...
Oh... I get it. Spin the bottle Alex thought to himself, around the same time as her face dropped. Darren you sly fox. You want me to get a girlfriend, don't you? Adopting a grimace, he wasn't sure what girl he wanted him to hook up with. Usually he conned him into something if a specific girl was there. Examining the crowd, there was only a few that he knew well enough to guess from.
Nadine- Well, she was a nice girl, and he liked her. Not in that way of corse. Specially not when it was explicitly obvious that she had a major crush on DARREN of all people. She was always asking about him. Surely Darren wasn't stupid enough to be wanting to hook him up with her. Or maybe he really was clueless with women.
Julia- Darren had tried to hook him and his sister up a few times before now cause he always said he could trust him. Alex didn't want to go there though. Imagine if they split up? Darren would have a FIT. Besides, him and Julia were just friends. As great as having intelligent conversation was ever now and then, he found it hard to attach himself to someone that wasn't out going in that way.
There was Trucy... Trucy was cute too. Talented, happy, sweet, charming... Pausing for a moment, Alex thought about it some more. Actually, she sounds like someone Darren WOULD try to hook me up with. Jones you stray dog...
Chuckling to himself Alex wasn't sure what to make of this party. IF this was true, then he was in for a world of crazy...
((BTW- This is Alex piecing stuff together. Anyone that goes after Alex WILL have to work for him as he doesn't have females as his first priority. No need to request if you can hit on him. Just do it, and if Alex responds then you know you made it :) I have grander reasons for this personality trait, but sadly they're not in play in this story, but I'd still like to use them.))
Darren
Finally noticing Alex by the corridor as Julia looted the towels, and dashed off quickly with a quiet 'thank you', Darren stood dumbfounded for a moment as he saw Klavier on the floor, with his best friend, Alex pinning him down with a rake.
Pausing for about 10 seconds in shock, Darren slapped his hand on his mouth before bursting into a hysterics of laughter. Finesse, that guy has absolutely no finesse. He's like a bull in a china shop on AND off the court, I swear. About to go and assist him, Darren stopped dead in his tracks as the wrath of Sean stormed past. His laughter calming to a grin, Darren crossed his arms and watched in interest. This'll be interesting.
"Alex!" Nadine called out to Alex. Smiling to himself, he could rest assured with Alex atleast that he wasn't going to steal her off him. Alex was about the only guy on the team that didn't devolve when she walked past into apes. She was friends with him, but now, after finding out that she liked him, he wondered if it may've been cause they were friends. Hopefully not. Alex glanced around the room, seeming to figure out what was going on pretty fast. Relaxed now that he seemed to have the situation in hand, Darren walked back to Nadine.
Sitting down beside her, Darren gave her a light poke in the waist.
"So, Nads. What do you reckon?" Darren asked softly, "The guy is a void of romantic interest, but maybe Trucy might spark and interest in him?" Pointing to Charisa, he continued, "She's a bit quiet, but maybe she'll open up around him... maybe her?" Moving his finger around to Natascha, he faltered, "She... looks like a fangirl, but maybe she'd drop the fangirl act if she liked Alex? I don't think Lex would stick around if she fawned over Klavier all night. Gesh- this is hard..." Chuckling as he bashfully rubbed his head, Darren wasn't sure what to say. "I've given up with getting him to date Jules. They're friends, but I get the feeling that he doesn't want to step on my toes..."

Tascha was getting slightly bored waiting for the game to resume- there was only so many times you could unravel and redo your plaits- and she wondered why she hadn't thought to at least bring her iPod, since it would have been impossible for her to tow her cello down the street in the rain at any kind of speed. Seeing a guy who she recognised as being from her school (she thought she remembered his name... Aled? Alfie?) enter the room and fell Klavier with a rake proved just the distraction she'd been hoping for. Well, not quite.
Tascha would have preferred one with less rake involvement, possibly one where everybody spontaneously burst into song and dance. Since that didn't seem to be about to happen, she decided introducing herself to the newcomer (though why he would care what her name was she didn't quite know) was the next best thing. Springing up lightly from her place in the circle, she crossed the room towards him. "Uh, hi, I'm Tascha!" she smiled brightly at him, if there was one thing Tascha could always rely on, it was being cheerful. "Do you usually carry a rake or were you just pleased to see him?" Ughhh...fail, Tascha, fail.... Why can't you just stick to normal intros?

The expression she had on was more of bafflement now, although only those familiar with her would be able to note the change. She stared at the teenager with narrowed eyes as she skimmed back through her thoughts. No... this kid was new; she was pretty sure this boy hadn't tried to jump Klavier before. Poor guy's had his fair share of assaults in the past, although this was the first time someone's actually managed to get to him on her watch.
She had to hand it to that kid though. It takes a lot of balls to even think of jumping a celebrity. Moreso a prosecutor. But then again, it was also likely that the boy wasn't aware of his status, so...
"Isn't that right, Sean?"
"Huh?" Snapping out of her daze, she turned to Klavier who was now sporting his usual smile. "Uhh... yeah, sure." was all she managed to say. Her wary eyes kept drifting back to the teenager. He's made it into her shitlist in record speed. If he pulled a stunt like that again you can be damn sure she was going to be prepared.

Watching Klavier get up on his own, ignoring his offer of help, Alex stood back to an upright, giving him a stern look. Fine, so that's how you play the game. That's cool. It's the measure of a man to be able to forgive afterall... Shrugging off the blond guy's cool disposition, Alex went to walk off as a chirpy voice interrupted his thoughts.
"Uh, hi, I'm Tascha! Do you usually carry a rake or were you just pleased to see him?" Widening his eyes at the girl in surprise, Alex gave her a blank look for a moment.
"Uh," Alex started, suddenly starting to chuckle as he saw the humor of the situation, "No, actually, I saw that the door was broken into and thought this house was being robbed. Then I saw 'him' harassing some woman and thought the worst." Motioning to the blond guy, Alex suddenly broke out into a laugh, "Boy, did I get that wrong!" Laughing for a bit, Alex calmed down to a grin before shrugging. "I'm Alex Daniels anyways," Alex introduced himself, giving Tasha a casual wave, "Looks like I'm joining your Spin the bottle game!"
((Oh- before I forget, in my story, Alex's parents both work at the school. His Father is the school psychologist, and his Mother is the nurse. Their first names are Chris and Angela. Just incase people would know them :) People that don't know Alex well wont know that they're directly related. Just that they share last names. Alex doesn't make a thing of it.))

Ema smirked at Klavier as he got up, manly ego obviously wounded. “And that’s why you should stop trying to take my snacks,” she said, tapping her red glasses. She gave the teenage boy a grin beforelooking for the fan that had caught Klavier’s attention before the incident. She was now talking to the very boy who had attacked Klavier, so she clearly must be very easy to forgive people, or was plotting some complicated revenge on the boy for attacking her idol. Ema shrugged to herself, automatically digging her snackoos back out.

“Looks like someone’s already chosen to talk to him.” Nadine mentioned to Darren, getting a chuckle out of Darren “Maybe he’ll finally show some interest in a girl,”
"We'll see," Darren grinned, "He's a hard nut to crack, but I bet he'll be a big doe eyed puppy for the girl that does manage." Turning to Nadine, Darren grinned, pointing his thumb to himself, "That's why he needs big bro to keep him in-line." Body still facing Nadine, Darren looked towards Alex.
"Hey, Daniels, nice entrance," Darren joked, giving Alex a thumbs up, "You nearly had the equivalent of special forces putting a boot up your a$$."
Alex glanced towards Darren, giving him an agitated smirk, "You can talk, Jones. This was suppose to be a team meet up, yet all I see here are girls, and a few guys I don't know." Crossing his arms, Alex strolled up to Darren, "Still trying to hit me up with some random girl off the street are you?" Grinning defiantly, Alex's eyes narrowed, "You know that I don't work like that."
"Si'down you Mona Lisa," Darren grinned, yanking down firmly on Alex's arms with both hands, making him stumble to fight falling over, eventually losing and landing on top of Darren precariously. Alex muttered to himself before getting up off Darren's lap, and sitting beside his friend.
"Fine then. I'll play your crazy game then," Alex responded, before turning to Nadine with a more positive expression. Pointing between Darren and her, Alex's eyes lit up, "Are you two finally... you know?"
Darren gave Alex a strange look, not getting what he was on about.

"Another character has arrived," Zeth raised his brow. He wasn't happy that Alex had attacked one of the few decent prosecutors in town, but it DID make for entertainment. Crossing his arms, Zeth glanced at Alex for a moment, "He didn't seem to mean it atleast. He's just REALLY good with a hook shaped stick. Glancing over to Klavier's direction, Zeth spotted Sean. His eyes softened, as he turned to walk up to her. Unsure on if he should approach her or not, he felt the colour bleed from his face. Withdrawing his hand, Zeth frowned. He had to give her space till she could decide. It wasn't fair to give her pressure when she wanted to consider her feelings for herself.
Glancing over to Phoenix, Zeth frowned even more. First Trucy, then me. THEN I can find out if Sean loves me in return. Looking away, he felt very helpless as he waited. Maybe gambling with the heart isn't such a good idea...

Seeing that Darren was unlikely to say or think anything overly intelligent, Nadine struggled to answer the question. "I, uh..." Scratching the back of her head sheepishly, she looked away from the boys. It seemed to be becoming a nervous habit of hers, avoiding eye contact. Theresa glanced over at Zeth for a moment and followed his gaze to the woman standing across the room (at least she was pretty sure it was a woman) and noted the expression of sheer forlornity on his face. Sure he annoyed the hell out of her sometimes, but she couldn't help but feel a huge wave of sympathy- if there was one thing Theresa had learnt in her twenty-nine years, it was that love was possibly the most painful thing in existence. "You love her, don't you?" she whispered softly to Zeth, seeking confirmation of what she already knew to be true.

"Not 'officially'?" Alex cooed, "What does that mean?" Leaning over Darren to talk to her, cutting him off from the convo, Alex's eyes danced in interest, "Don't tell me he's shy? Jonzey being shy? That'd have to be the most hilarious and unheard of thing ever."
"Don't talk like I'm not here," Darren sulked, crossing his arms, "What are you guys talking about? I'm not shy!"
Giving Darren a coy grin, Alex turned his head to his friend mocking him with his expression, "You are TOO shy. You haven't dated a chick in months. That also makes you a hypocrite too you know."
"You KNOW why I haven't dated," Darren hissed so only Alex could hear, "Don't make a big deal about it in front of Nadine!"
"Ooooooh!" Alex cooed, "That's more like the Darren I know. So she IS your girlfriend then?"
"Of corse she is!" Darren retort defensively, wrapping an arm around Nadine, "Is that what this is all about? I dragged you here so I could hook YOU up. Not the other way around. What's up with you?"
"You dolt," Alex grinned, pointing to Nadine, "You're so caught up panicking over what Connie will do that you TOTALLY missed this golden ray of sunshine. Didn't you notice how different she was around you?"
Darren looked back at Alex blankly. Alex was right, now he thought about it. Nadine was always there for him with a warm smile. He was so scared to see it for anything more than just friendship- till now. Relaxing his hold on Nadine to a gentle one, he turned to her.
"How long have I not noticed?" Darren asked softly.

"You love her, don't you?" Blinking off Sean, Zeth turned to Theresa with a surprised look. Pokerface! Where is your poker face Gant?!
"Uh..." Feeling his face burn slightly, Zeth pulled the collar on his sweatshirt to cool off a little, "Well... sorry. I hope I'm not too obvious. I'm.... I'm waiting for her to tell me if she likes me back or not. It's difficult waiting, but I've waited so long to tell her... I guess I can wait a little longer to find out if she had feelings for me or if..." Pausing as he thought about what he was going to say, he couldn't bring himself to admit that she might say no. His throat choked up, not letting him talk. Eventually, he stopped, and turned back to Theresa with a smile. "I guess I'm a bachelor till then though."
((Reminder again to everyone- Ask permission before declaring if you're going to try to romance a character to see if they're ok with it- this includes breaking up or making another relationship rocky. I (personally) approve of anyone creating any drama with my characters- just make sure others are ok via note first though :) Don't ask for Alex though, cause he's wild card. You'll know if Alex is interested cause he's an open book of emotion.)
