Weird story going around school: Some girl got pregnant. What's weird about a horny teenage girl getting pregnant in high school, with the way youth are nowadays? Thing is that she doesn't even like guys. She's dating some girl, and yet somehow she got pregnant. That's going to be a bit awkward.

The rumor is that she was raped. Mind you it's a rumor, and she's one of those "emo chicks" that hang out down in the "emo hallway" of our school, so nobody really popular knows anything for sure. And sicne I hang out with the popular/middle class people, that's all I know. Hell, the girl might not even be pregnant, it might just be some vicious rumor.

I stopped reading there, says enough. Yes, I am biased, but that's only because I know a couple of emo's and they don't care about anything. It wouldn't surprise me if she really is pregnant, or either way someone really hates her to bring a gossip like this in the world. If she is raped, well then I feel sorry for her. No offense, but I can't stand emo's. I respect them as long as they stay out of my way.

I'm really hoping it's a rumour, that's just terrible. Then again, there was another case of sexual assault at a nearby school...
However, the girl that this girl is dating is the undisputed ugliest girl in our grade, many say she looks like a man. My theory is that it could just be a cruel joke. For example,
"Hey, I heard that [girl 1] and [girl 2] banged each other last night!"
"Really?"
"Yeah, [girl 1]'s pregnant now."
Then that joke spreads among a group of buddies, and all it takes is for one moron to take it seriously, then...
I call it the telephone effect.
That's my hope of what really happened.
Floran: That's pretty mean. You should be a bit more compassionate, nobody deserves to be a victim of sexual assault. Besides, I'm not even sure if the girl is emo, there's a few girls in that group that're peppier than cheerleaders, all I know is that she hangs out in the emo group.

I don't know enough about the situation, I'm just going by what 've been told. It does seem really, really odd if it's true. Rather ironic, but if it's true and the guy raped her because of who she was, then it's just despicable.

Oh by the way, I really don't hate all emo's.. it's just most of them are just.. lame, I mean.. they're always like 'broken hearted, etc', excluded the happy-club emo or whatever they're called these days. It probably sounds generalizing, but I am sure there are some of them which are cool. It's just personal experience.
