I wish I could get more done... But I don't feel like doing anything at all these days. :'(
So here's a quick one I coloured today. I had the lineart ready from December, but I only got to it now.
I have to start doing stuff again... BUT, I'm really looking forward to finishing that awesome pic that Arkillian sent me. So while waiting for that to arrive... :'D

I mix different methods a lot. All my outlining is done with ink and a dip pen(?) If that's what it's called anyway, and after that I usually do the base with ink based pencils that mix with water, thus the watercolour-like appearance. After that I usually use chalk pastels for backgrounds etc, cause you can make very smooth surfaces with it, with no real effort. And after that I go wild with white ink. XD
But seriously, the pencils I use are great. I can make watercolour-like surfaces with the precision of regular pencils. The only negative thing I can think of right now, is that once they've been mixed with water, you can't erase it, so it's sometimes a bit risky. I've ruined some potentially good drawings by messing up with those, but now that I'm more used to them, it's pretty simple. ^^
Though, I do use regular coloured pencils too.
And sometimes I mix acrylic paint into my pictures.
S-so basically, I just use stuff that I happen to have around and what seems exiting at the moment. :'D I've even drawn pictures I glued real leaves and flowers on, and they look kinda cool. ^^
