I guess this is a common-ish problem when you draw anime-style, but your faces all look alike. I mean, yeah, the different clothes and hairstyles allow you to distinguish between characters, but the faces themselves all look the same. Try looking at some random portraits or, even better, the people around you to see how sometimes even the smallest detail can make a difference. And different facial features can tell you a lot about a character's personality, too! I don't mean just the eyes, even noses can have this effect. And while you study this, your general knowledge of facial anatomy will improve for sure. <3
Anyway, um, hope you didn't mind that. I really like the fact that you can work traditionally, I only ever do digital art.

AH, YES THAT REMINDS ME. In the process of making my fangame (/jabs signature for shameless self-promoting), I'm almost done with the design for one Cecelia Vandebit, a prosecutor -- except for the color of her suit! I just can't decide. D:! Could you guys take a look and see which color looks the best? Or, if none, which color you think would work for her? (the back of her suit/vest will probably end up being a dark gray or black no matter what, I was just too lazy to color it in right now ;; I'll do it later orz.) Thanks tons!

Red...I just keep getting reminded of Apollo every time I see her in red. xDD The most popular ones among those I've asked so far are the two purple getups, as well as the blue. I-I'm so confus ahahaha. I personally like the blue and dark purple ones the best out of them so far, but...OTL

Orange is a villain colour you know. I had a feeling he'd be bad when I first met him. He seemed too nice, he was a character, and he wore orange. CAPCOM is very good at using the villain / Heroes schemes. Nit many don't fit in the categories. It's why not many of them have white or black. White and black are dull colour costume. They need to be complimented by a color, or fear fading away. I think if you're having issues that you should do a primary colour. Blue is safe, but if you want a memorable outfit on this site, you'll do better going for a red or a yellow. Pink is good, cause it's light red. Orange isn't cause it's secondary. I think tertiary colours are ok for miscellaneous characters.... Like Cody's lime green.
