If he called Trucy she would say she got it off a man and was told to give it to Phoenix.
If you were a judge would you believe a little girl telling you that a strange man gave you forged evidence to give it to a defence attorney?.
1 It cant be proven if Trucy got the evidence.
and 2 Even if you could Phoenix could still be accused of forging a witness.
Also Phoenix was the one who presented it so no matter what he did he was screwed.

maybe she was to young but there is no reason the judge won't believe her. because first of all we talk about the judge (not a smart person) and second if she was so young that maybe was a reason to call her because she won't lie fast as a child andand there is no reason she was lying to protect her dad because she don't know really what's happening in the trail. ( if your smart enough to not tell it) and a witness testimony is proof to (even if it is from a little child)

I don't really know him, but it was really important.

Find a contradiction with your evidence. I assume Gavin took all the measures and even had gloves when he took the notebook page to avoid getting caught. But... why didn't anyone know that Phoenix became the lawyer just the day before? He couldn't have made a piece of forged evidence that fast.

anyway it was along those lines.
Besides, neither Kristoph nor Vera were mentioned in State vs. Enigmar, though Kristoph was the original defence and Vera was the real creator of that diary page.
But if Klavier was pissed that he couldn't battle his brother, then why didn't he just go up to Phoenix personally and say something like "Where is my brother!?"
anyway now we know that the real page was a will and that Magnifi killed himself and Valant tried to frame Zak as well.
