Well out of blind optimism, I went out and bought Tatsunoko vs Capcom. Nintendo went ahead and allowed Capcom to make Protoman and several extra modes DLC in Megaman 9, so I'm confident they'll allow for DLC in TvsC, which means kicking giant yellow lego robot asses with Phoenix.

Now, if only they had Phoenix in that game, I'd get it. Lack of weapons? Can't he throw different kinds of evidence. I mean, it's filled with murder weapons! ...Actually , the DLC would probably never make it to AU anyway, even if it was in the US? Stupid region locking. His art for that game looked great.
Why not start asking for Phoenix on that site? If they went so far this time, maybe he can be included in the next Capcom vs whatever game!

On another topic, has anyone noticed a very unusual amount of hatred of Phoenix in the forum lately? Seems every other topic I find has someone either saying he's a corrupted evil man or shouting out how Apollo is "superior" to him. I used to think most people in this forum generally liked him, now I'm not so sure.

Well, even if Nick has his share of haters, I still think that there are more people who like him than there are people who dislike him. I assume that most PW fans are at least neutral to Phoenix. I mean, I always figured that if you harbored an intense, burning hatred for Phoenix, it'd be kinda hard to fully enjoy the first three games...

Oh noooo a 'card trick'. Besides, as far as I'm concerned, it's the writers' fault, and most people would do a lot worse in that kind of circumstance. Well okay, the jurist system corruption was pushing it, but so far as I'm concerned, the whole MASON idiocy is probably Phoenix's version of spirit powers - manipulating the computer game. In fact, maybe the whole thing is just Phoenix and Apollo trapped in a computer game. One day I'll write this fanfic. They sold AJ with Phoenix as a hook to his fans, after all, so they'd play it. Yes Phoenix is a terrible mentor to Apollo. Needs to be a lawyer!
