It had been easy really. All Panda had had to do was announce that her sudden need for a fast flight to Cairo was linked to the broadcasted threats and she was on what was possibly the fastest plane in existence. The SR-71 Blackbird was capable of flying transatlantically in only two hours and she figured that she could be in Cairo in less than an hour.
((And yes, the SR-71 is the fastest aeroplane in the world XD They're mainly in museums now but I figured Panda would possibly be able to get one if it was a global crisis.))

Dragon waited til everyone was on the board with goggles on and she booted the systems. "Hold on tight!" She shouted as the board shot off into the direction of the ruins of the pyramids. The board rose and was a couple feet over the ground when she stopped it over the ruins. "We're here."

After a while, they were back in the ruins. DeMat looked around. The bodies were still there, and the police were trying to calm the masses of panicking citizens down. They didn't seem to notice the Heroes landing.
"Hey isn't that the place where we landed?..." Wanacoba said, pointing at a particular spot. "De Mat said he saw Tap near there..."
DeMat examined it. Without replying, he kneeled down where he believed Dr. Tap had disappeared. It was covered in sand, which he wiped with his hand. Suddenly, he saw a symbol of twice the size of his hand, carved into the ground. Surprised, DeMat wiped the symbol clean. Immediately after no sand was covering it, the symbol started glowing, startling DeMat, who jumped back.
The ground started shaking, as the symbol started splitting in half, one half moving left, the other half moving right. While they moved, a gap between them grew. After a moment, the ground stoped shaking, and DeMat approached the gap. It was dark underground, but he could see a stone staircase leading down.
DeMat smiled. "Guys..." he said. "I found it."
