It was something that plaugued the girl now so insistent on becoming a lawyer one day, all thanks to Nick and Miles. And partially Franziska. A sigh departed her lips as she pushed the door open, the small bell jingling above her head to signal entry. Letting the door swing closed behind her, she wandered up to the counter, change already jingling in her hand along with the ceremonial melody of jewelry. She had let her hair down as of late; it was trimmed now, and curly, held back with a headband. She had set aside some hair along the sides of her face, trimmed to frame it neatly.
She didn't have to think about what she wanted. Thanks to her first encounter with Godot, Yuuka could order a cup perfectly...or so she hoped. And what luck she had, seeing how the meek looking boy behind the counter was already slightly intimidated by nature. Add to the fact that she frequented this place on a daily basis now, they should know what she and their other customers wanted; how could they keep the business up otherwise? A coy smirk tugged at her lips, as she slammed a small hand down on the counter.
"Now."

She should be used to loud noises by now, what with the judge's gavel going off every few seconds during the trials she sketched, but normally one doesn't expect gavels in a coffee shop.
Digression aside, the loud noise had sent her hand, pencil included, across the page and given the boy behind the counter a very thin beard-slash-mustache-slash-toupee. The look actually worked for him.
But it wasn't him, and that was irritating. Oh well, the girl looked interesting enough to sketch. Maybe she could give her a mustache. That'd certainly be interesting. She flipped to the next page in her book and started sketching again, reaching every so often for the sweet tea that was sitting on the table in front of her.

He just so happened to be strolling along the sidewalk when a very familiar smell met him. What was this... deliciously intoxicating aroma? Well, what else could it be? His precious coffee, of course. He really hadn't planned on making any stops on his way home but, Godot's Rule #23: needs more coffee, no exceptions.
So of course, he was obliged to pay a little visit to this coffee shop for... perhaps a cup or twelve of his lovely beverage of choice. Upon entering, he noticed someone already at the counter. Well, that was to be expected. But the next little bit wasn't. Someone using his method of ordering? He had to do a double take to make sure his visor wasn't acting up. He would then make his way over to the counter, flashing his trademark grin as one hand would stroke his chin in a mischievous manner.
"Well, I must say that was a pretty nice little technique, Kitten~"

Hearing a familiar voice, her head lifted; Eyes brightened as she immediately recognized him, clasping her hands together in genuinely happy fashion.
"Mr. Godot~!" She idly wondered if he would recognize her, what with the hair change and all. But of course, she couldn't change her beloved pink suit with the slightly droopy red bow, nor could she change much about the dismal scar on her left cheek, a reminder of who she had to thank for being alone and afraid up until recently. And a reminder of the justice finally served.
"Still think of me as a kitten, eh? You flatter me. ♥"

His attention would turn to the bumbling coffee boy for a few moments. He gave a soft sigh and decided to give the poor kid a break and wait until later to get his own coffee. He would then turn back to the female, offering a casual smile.
"Well, it's been a while, hasn't it? What sort of trouble have you been getting yourself into lately?"

The bumbling kid had finally stopped, setting a small cup on the counter. She felt...bad for him, as she paid for the coffee, before flipping some yen in the air toward him.
"Here kiddo. Don't spend it all in one place, ne?"
With that, she returned her attention to the prosecutor. A playful grin tugged at her lips at the mere mention of trouble. It was an inside joke now, that trouble was her middle name.
"Well~ I got that lady put away, with Miles' help." She nodded, still waiting for the cup to cool off somewhat, lest she burn her hands.
"But now...I want to be a lawyer! Miles and Nick said I should go for it~!"
She seemed quite happy with that; of course she didn't know the possibility that she may face Godot or another prosecutor in court. But she had faith in herself, and that was all that mattered.

...she knew she recognixed him from somewhere. She wracked her brain trying to figure it out, then snapped her graphite-covered fingers when she remembered.
"Prosecutor Godot!" She said out loud, then clapped a hand quickly over her mouth. She didn't want his attention; he was busy. And he didn't know her, besides. She'd only seen him in court, two cases that she had done sketches for. Decent-paying ones, if she remembered right. One of her pictures had been bought by someone claiming to be "a fan of Godot's," too. That was an odd experience.
She was tempted to flick a packet of sugar at the two of them, but decided against it. At least, not until they were in closer range.

His ears picked up the sudden calling out of his name, not like the person was using such a quite voice in the first place, but being blind does enhance your hearing some. Gee, he sure did seem to being drawing in a bite of attention today. Oh well, he might as well go check it out. Nothing better to do. He ushered the female by his side to come along with him. "C'mon, apparently I've got a little business to attend to~ No sense in leaving you all alone here."

She smiled contently, before another smirk and comment from him ushered that onslaught of blushing, a more prominent shade of pink than before. "T-Thank you..."
Her head tilted, hearing the....obvious call of his name. He sure was popular! But she could see why....He was just so...cool. She snapped back to reality as he ushered her to come along, grabbing her cup as she did so. "Of course~ You know kittens love to play.." She snickered slightly, before mimicking something of a purr. This would be fun.

And then one of the other women that had come in, Franzy von Karma if she remembered right, had somehow managed to clone herself.
She decided that this was the single most odd coffee shop she had ever been in in her entire life.
Just as she was about to take another drink of her tea, the girl she'd been sketching came up to her, too.
"....I think I've seen you before. You look familiar....Have you sat in on Nick's trials?"
Nick, Nick, Nick... no lawyer she knew was named Ni- OHHH.
"You mean Phoenix Wright?" She said, then grinned. "Yep! I've drawn a few of his trials before! I'm surprised you remembered me~ not many people do!"

...But, maybe first he should try to get those horrid smudges that the kid had left on his visor off. He was already blind, he didn't need anything to make that any worse. So he made his way to the restrooms and proceeded to wipe off the smudges, hopefully without short-circuiting the damned thing.

"Yuu-chan remembers lots of things." She left the full meaning of that to be pondered. She spotted Godot wandering off toward the bathroom after being fangirl assaulted by this.... valley girl.
Like, omigawd! Like, no way! Like....shut up. Her brow twitched slightly. She couldn't let some...airhead get to her. Taking a seat at the table, she sipped the sugar-laden coffee.
"Miles said something about there being "a new prosecutor, but she was demoted as an artist" or something." She frowned, having almost mimicked Miles with the finger waggle and such. "But you're still in law, aren't you?"

"No...not yet. I'm still training with Nick and Miles for now. But! I'm gonna be an attorney someday, as good as them! And Mr. Godot said I'd make a 'fine' one too..."
