The series finale of .hack//g.u. will b arriving later this fall and i cant wait for it to happen!. An epic conclusion to an epic game. Anyone looking forward to it?

I'm looking forward to playing yet another extremely easy .hack game, you mean?

Not really. Looked at the roster of characters that join you, and none of them are appealing.

I liked the original series, but the new one is kinda ehh, too much of the same, the only reason I finished the original series was for the story line, the gameplay was "yawn" by the last one.

This time around, it's the contrary. I actually LIKE the gameplay enough.

The storyline is just stupid though. It needs more Piros. Or Antares.

lol, nice thread killing skills, guys. :P

I personally like the GU series over the previous PS2 games. In my opinion, they're so much better. I haven't finished the second one yet because I've been too busy doing everything else, but I will definetly get the third one to complete my collection. :3 I just wish they would have kept the special edition thing. It would have been neat to get the different Haseo phase figurines with each game. Oh well.

well i disagree with all who think the story is stupid and such. I find it quite good, and full of twists. The gameplay is so much better than the old series by far and just everything about it is better to me.
Music, gameplay, story, characters, bonus stuff, its hard for me to get bored. And its intresting how the game always fixes the problems the last version had in the next installment. Its a promising looking game. All i wish is that itll actually be long....people can dream right?
