Franziska then crossed her arms and said "these are what you need to know when you face a gunshot murder case,now let's move on to witness testomonies,although it is the prosecuter's job to call the witnesses during the court trials,either/both defense attorney and prosecuting attorney can hear the witness's testomoney before the trial,for example say you are a prosecutor and you found a witness,you can know about what his testomony during court will be like should he choose to tell you the testomony beforehand,the defense attorney can do the same,although they have a harder time convincing the witness,either way it is of utmost importance to think deeply of the testomony before the court trial,you must make sure that the testomony that help's your case shouldn't have any flaw or contradiction in it,think it over from all the directions and try to find a contradiction,if you succeed then make sure the witness doesn't tell that contradiction,i am not saying fabricate their testomony,i am saying that you should inform your witness of their mistake so that they wouldn't do it in court"
