The tie is still a little bit messy.
I'm using GIMP.
For whatever reason, it changes the hot pink into a sepia sort of color. And for the tie, you'll have to go over those spot with the darker color of the tie.

Also, I think there should be other prosecutors there too. Not just Klav, Franzii & Edgey should almost definetley be a prosecutor in the game. Also maybe Lana, but thats kinda pushing it.
