I started this sprite about 2 weeks ago, got bored and gave up. Did some of it yesterday, spent about an hour on the hair (I'm slow, shut up), got it looking good and then.... didn't save it properly
Anyway, I "finished" it today;
It's supposed to be the plane captain from AAI-2 <3
Also, I kept Diego's skin tone because I couldn't get the one off the mini sprite to look good enough
[/spoiler]So I'm aware of all the flaws but don't really know how to fix them D=
Can someone give me tips on how to make it look..... you know, nice and maybe less Diego-ish? XD
Well, uh, I'm no master spriter... actually i suck lol but from what I've noticed, the captains hair is kinda spiky in the neck, as opposed to Diego's hair, which is...well, not-so-spiky. So yeah, that's my advice. I'll find my way out myself.

As for the help, I'm no master spriter either. The only big problem I can really see for shading, at least for me, is that there's no shading on the shirt between the shoulder and the collar. It looks as if random lighting is just lighting up that one particular area and then BOOM! shadow. I'm no master shader either, but I hope this helps. Too bad it's not a woman, I'd tell to shade the boobage.
