((Whoa. Quite Brusque. Rose is a candid son-of-a-gun, ain't she? ^_^))

Taking a sigh of relief, Franziska put the keys into the ignition, turning it a perfect 95 degrees. She held it there, until the sumptuous purr of the engine tickled her ears. A small grin appeared on Franziska's face. To her, BMW's always had a sort of class that no other car brand could match: the sound of the engine; the aerodynamic exterior; the pure luxury of the interior. All coming together to form one, perfect package Franziska called hers. No other vehicle could compete.

Suddenly, Rose sat herself down in the passenger's seat. Franziska's body shook slightly, and her eyes opened wide as she rotated her head to face the woman.

"Franziska, I do not do this to affect you in any way, but I am only assuring the safety and ease of our fellow prosecutors." Rose turned her head around to face Sheila.

Franziska immediately uncoiled her whip and "cocked" her arm, ready to wail. Does this vixen know no bounds?! What gives her the right to perch herself wherever she pleases?! Franziska was at her breaking point. She decided she had enough out of this dame. How dare she exercises so much clout as to-

"Also, if you wish, I may help us navigate towards our destination." Rose added, just in time.

Letting out a small breath of air, Franziska lowered her weapon. This might not turn out to be so bad. With Rose offering to give her directions, Franziska wouldn't have to ask. She lowered her gaze, then turned her head and looked through the windshield, pausing for a moment before she spoke. "I suppose..." Franziska had to be careful so as to not let her face show any of her emotions, ".... that so long as you are useful in some way, you may be seated here." Mentally, Franziska shook off the whole ordeal. It wasn't worth any more of her time. With her car in neutral, she "pulsed" the gas a few times, all the meanwhile glaring at Howl out her front window. This was his cue to either get in the car, or be left behind. Franziska was ready to leave.

((Basically, what Franziska did was press the gas pedal to make the engine "rev" without it moving. It's very noticeable from the outside, especially with BMW's. I hope it was clear enough. :pearl: ))

((Well, that was unexpected, but I'm glad you're back, Panda.))
Zed looked up from the floor just in time to see Portia succeed where he failed.
He wasn't a good loser, so times like these were hard to forget for him. Well, this is embarassing... he thought as he stood up.
"Ports, I must admit, you're a pro at stuff like this." He then turned to Bobobo helping him up. "Bobby, go see if there's any trace of the other two"

Zed then hit a switch on the side of his HMD and slowly scanned the woman from top to bottom.
What's this? I can't seem to get a name... Is it because of my accident before or is this woman somehow hiding her identity from my HMD?

The woman looked at Zed in the face. "It won't be that easy, boy..." she muttered.
Spooked out and unable to reply, Zed turned to Schwarz. "Come on, let's go."

((All prosecutors have their own ferocities, in one way or another. It's just a matter of when to use it. :karma: :keiko: ))

Rose took a deep breath, seeing as Franziska was on the verge of breaking, her arm poised and ready to strike. "I suppose I was expecting this," she thought, squinting her right eye slightly as she awaited the crack of the infamous von Karma whip, which had lashed many a detective and prosecutor. Luckily, as Rose added her last line, Franziska lowered her whip, and said, "I suppose that so long as you are useful in some way, you may be seated here." She relaxed in her seat, releasing yet another sigh of relief.

As Franziska was ready to drive out of the basement parking lot, Rose then thought, "She lowered her whip when I gave a favor...so she didn't know the directions to Tres Bien after all!" She gave a slight smirk as she came to this conclusion, and looked out of the window. "I guess the "perfect" prosecutor will have to learn a lot more about humility, but being in an argument- and winning- again sure makes me feel a lot better."

She harnesses that glare so well... she takes it from her father I presume. Howl shrugged and walked a tad slower than normal, towards the car, than he normally did, tempting the anger that was of Franziska; She felled him once, and he was not going to let her get the last satisfaction. From this point on he needed to do everything in his power to slowly agitate her... push her off her game. That way when she would, once again, turn her furious, angry eyes and whip to him, he'd sneak from behind and claim the 'alpha wolf' once again. Play it out Howl... no one can hold a flawless pack without shedding a little blood.

Howl stepped into the Devil's carriage and sat next to his trusted partner. This would definitely be an interesting trip; if nobody was dead by the end of this trip, then it would be a great day. He had but one goal on mind; sort out the occurrences from the last month or so, and see if they all could link them together, or pull new information from what they currently knew.

He buckled up, and sat with his glance venturing out of his window... he needn't be dancing with the Devil yet... so he needed to cast his mind elsewhere.

((YAY! Now it's my turn!))

Sheila tensed the entire time Rose decided to voice her concerns about Franziska and Howl sitting together. If she was braver, she would have done it herself, but she wasn't. And it seemed to work out in the end. Rose sat up front and Franziska eased up. Then Howl, very slowly, went to have a seat behind her.
Why is he moving so slow? Is sitting next to me really that horrible of an option?
No. He's just doing it to get a rise out of Franziska. If he had a problem with you, he'd be sure to let you know.
Sheila grinned slightly, but had absolutely no clue what to say. So, like Howl, she cast her head out the window.
"It's beautiful, isn't it?" she asked. "The horizon?"

"Yeah, I guess. Shame that we were put here in a beautiful landscape, only to deteriorate it to senseless filth." He turned his philosophical side to a mute, and sighed. He kept moving his sight around. " 'Climbberg Trash: Antique retail' ... certainly a different name. Can't say they get great business with that name." Then his mind began to spark. "Same for the name 'von Karma'..." He grinned a slight, toothy smile, waiting for what was in store.

"That's quite enough, Mr. Ingmune," Sheila said sharply. We kept you out of the front seat so you and Franziska wouldn't fight. "I think...Musing about the environment is pointless now." She stared out the window again, trying to think of another topic for conversation. But nothing came to her as she stared. What was the point of Howl would just use it to insult Franziska? Or, if he by some miracle didn't do that, Franziska would just seize the opportunity and use it to insult him. That's just how it was.

(( *is ecstatic that there are 4 posts to respond to* =D))

Franziska's cold, grey eyes followed the Howl in the side-view mirror. His slow pace made her shift uncomfortably in her seat; she had already waited long enough. After what seemed like eons, he took his seat. She shook her head. That fool's going to pay.... She looked down at the dashboard and pondered ways to annoy Howl when they arrived at the restaurant. This somewhat raised her mood.

Howl and Sheila started chatting. " 'Climbberg Trash: Antique retail' ... certainly a different name. Can't say they get great business with that name. Same for the name, 'von Karma'."

Hearing her surname in such context sparked her attention. Of course, Franziska could tell that Howl was trying to agitate her. She decided it was for the better not to feed the fire in a place where she could not wield her whip effectively. It would be advantageous to wait until the restaurant. After Sheila spoke, instead of erupting, Franziska simply replied, "Then I suppose it's for the better that Papa didn't take up antique sales." With that, Franziska shifted into gear and stepped on the gas pedal, heading for the parking lot's exit.

As she approached, she slowed down, then came to a halt. She waited. Silence. She rotated her head slightly in Rose's direction, then attempted to gain her attention. "Ah-hem." Franziska waited impatiently for her first directions.

((Yeah, this RP is waiting for me to respond yet again. *sigh* Well, I'm sorry for the eternal delay, but there were too many important life-changing activites i.e. last week of school, graduation, moving most of our stuff to the new house, completing AAI, etc. so I didn't have a second to go online and post. Again, please do forgive me for any trouble. But for now, let's get back to the RP. Mystery awaits!))

Rose was staring out the front window, rather irritated at Howl's attitude as of the moment. Then, hearing Franziska's impatient voice, she jerked her head to the other side, and said, "Oh, I'm sorry...we take a left here first, then right at the third intersection. After that, we go straight on until the end of the road. Tres Bien is at the left corner there." Looking to the back now, she turned to Howl, saying, "And Mr. Ingmune, please, neither of us want any trouble, so do stop." She sighed, and slumped into her seat, looking blankly out the horizon once more.

((@angel_of_nature: Hey, no big deal ^-^ We're glad to have you back!))
((@angel_of_nature: Also, I've yet to play AAI. Would you recommend it?))

((Quick key: ((XXX))= OOC; (XXX)= IC))

Left here. Right at third intersection. Look for Tres Bien on the left side. Got it Franziska repeated the directions so she would not have to ask again. She nodded her head to the side so as to move her bangs. "Very well." She cycled her gloved hands around the steering wheel and made a perfect left turn, then pressed her patent leather boot down on the accelerator. Franziska took a quick glance down at her lap to check to make sure her whip had not fallen. Seeing her treasured weapon there made her lips curl into a very slight smile, almost unnoticeable unless you were looking for it. As she came to the first intersection, the light had just turned green. She sped through, mentally making a note that she only had two more intersections to go before turning right.

Continuing to look out the front windshield, Franziska decided to ask about the case((s?)). "So would someone care to bring me up to date on the case you are working on regarding... Mr. Phoenix Wright, I'm assuming, was the quote 'blue protagonist'." Her eyes moved to the rear-view mirror and shifted to Sheila, then to Howl. (Although, Howl's 'look' wasn't exactly a 'look'. After all he put her through, it was more of a glare. Almost a scowl.) Franziska looked straight, out the front, then quickly rotated her head and raised her eyebrows somewhat at Rose. "What is the need to bring him up again?" She felt a slight chill travel down her spine as the thought about all the cases she lost to Wright, all the torture he made her endure with the humiliation of having to face the rest of the prosecutors she'd been trying her whole life to get a 'perfect' reputation from. She'd succeeded. Beautifully, perfectly, until he came along. She wasn't sure who she hated more, him, Howl Ingmune, or that foolish 'artist', Larry Butz. Now that she thought about it, it became evident to her that they were all up there, more or less at the same level, on the top of her list. Was there really a need to distinguish between first most hated, second most hated . . . .?

(( AAI: 15 out of 10 stars ))

Howl crossed his arms, and closed his eye. "It has nothing directly to do with Phoenix. More of that thing he carries around... the magatama?" He nodded, confirming his thought. "Everyone has told their part of the story; who they are, what they've done, how they got here, and their thoughts over the last three cases:

1. Who shot Sheila, and why?
2. Who planned the shooting/attempted murder at the courthouse?
3. Who killed the "Prosecutor Killer"?

Those are our current topics of highlight." His pride and joy was wrecked, and he was still sore from the past few weeks. Not to mention, Sheila was still recovering. Something was off about all of this... why did all of this happen within a close timeframe? Not even nature could play a fate as close as this. He brought his intense, grey eye to meet Franziska's in the rear view mirror. "I believe someone has lied from the beginning... someone isn't who they say they are. I don't know who's lying... and I don't know when they've lied... but none of this adds up with everyone being as innocent as they've played themselves to be. Someone has a backdoor of some sort... be it a person, or an actual pathway. No one can 'guess' where we'd be, and what we'd be doing this many times, and be correct. I need that magatama to pick out this 'spy' in our group." He clutched his arms harder, as they were crossed. "Someone is lying. Well. To play the sheep in a field of wolves is idiotic. To play as a wolf... and get past me, is something astonishing. They must have planned our reactions and movements from the get go." He looked once more out of the window. "To put is straight: I have a little investigation of my own that I need to conduct; to scope the odd wolf out."

((Glad this is back on track again ^_^ And yes, AAI is brilliant.))

"Come on, let's go."

Portia nodded, eager to get out of the place herself. There was something just too surreal about the scenario that had just played out- added to the fact that the woman obviously knew her from somewhere.... Turning her attention to the woman she still had in a headlock, she sighed: there were always so many technicalities you had to go through before arresting someone.

"You have the right to remain silent, however at this point I'd like to remind you that you have no other legal rights, so I would co-operate if I were you." she reeled off in a bored tone.

"Let's get her down to the DC. I doubt she'll say anything in questioning, but it's always worth trying on the off chance she does crack and tells us why they even bothered to stage a killing."

Portia paused for a moment, considering briefly where the other prosecutors could be. I wonder if they've found any leads? Doubtless they'd figured out that it couldn't just be any common criminal, but one with specific knowledge of where they were going to be and what they'd be doing. How else would they have managed to take a shot at Sheila in the first place?

((Yeah, I guess so. What matters is we all have fun and a little bit of mystery. Oh, and AAI Rating: I'd definitely recommend it, though as with all AA games, you have to present the correct piece of evidence, otherwise, even if there's a glaring contradiction or connection, you'll get penalized. A must-play.))

Rose listened intently as Howl explained his thoughts. "Lying...?" she thought while Franziska's SUV zoomed closer to the second intersection. "With all that we've been through, everybody has at least a couple of secrets up their sleeve so..."

"Alright, I've decided to set this thing straight," Rose then said to the group of prosecutors inside. Turning to Howl, she told him, "If you're going to search out secrets anyway, using this magatama, I might as well tell my relation to all of this the easy way."

She took a quick breath, and said, "My mother...she was a victim of the serial murder case. That's why I became a prosecutor in the first place. That's that. I have no other thing to hide." Rose smiled ever so slightly, as she was relieved, for once in her life, not to hide any secrets. But there was much more to do after that. "Even with me saying that, though, it still doesn't solve any of the major questions, and I believe that none of the people within this vehicle are guilty of any crime, therefore our first objective is to create a list of suspects to examine."

Sheila gulped. She knew there had to be a spy among prosecutors in their midst, but the very thought of someone she once saw as a friend desiring...well, she didn't know, but death was certainly involved if so many people were dying, right? And the thought of someone desiring something like that made her sick to her stomach.
"I'm sorry to hear about your mother, Miss Thornebush," Sheila said. She sighed, thinking about who to suspect. What if she accused the wrong person for this?
"Let's see...I can't think of any likely suspects off the top of my head..." She wished she could be more helpful. Well, she could be, perhaps, if she was willing to believe one of her friends could really be a spy...But she couldn't yet, despite the evidence.

Howl crossed his arms once again, and sighed. "It's our job as prosecutor's to find the truth behind all falsities, regardless of who the accused is. Meaning, we can't assume everyone is innocent. Nobody is a 'friend' to law, so neither should they be to us. Therefore, everyone who was present at any of the three occurrences, including myself, will need to be interrogated." He sighed, recalling the XW-3 incident (Hell's fire from the original RP); He knew that the best of friends, have the easiest route to your neck and blood. "... And it's always the ones closest to you that deal the worst damage." Wanting to be able to have all of the prosecutors' minds on the known evidence with a diagram drawn out, he anticipated their arrival. "Hey Mom; are we there yet?"

((Do we have someone to RP Phoenix when the time comes?))
((All high reviews. Looks like I'll have to look into finally getting AAI ^-^))
@All: Do we, IRL, know who did all those things? Or are we just kind of making this mystery up as we go along?))

Franziska felt her temperature rise as she thought of their arrival at the restaurant. She rumbled under her breath, "Yet again the foolish fool spouts out more foolishly foolish drabble..." She spoke up. Franziska took hold of her whip and snapped the fall against the edge of Rose's seat, perfectly aiming it for maximum noise without actually causing any harm to her upholstery. "Does it look like it, fool?" What is he talking about, 'Mom' ? He's eight years older than I am!!! She, again, had to mentally shake off the whole ordeal. It could wait until the restaurant.

Attempting to detour another confrontation, ((Awww. Why'd ya do that, Franny? v_v)) Franziska brought the conversation back to her original topic. "A list of suspects?" Franziska slowed to a halt at the second intersection. "Are there truly that many people to," She paused, searching for the right word, "appraise? Hmph." After shifting the car into neutral, she flattened her skirt, then continued. "It seems to me that there would only be a select group of people harboring malice afterthought, and they should be fairly easy to isolate from the rest." It seemed to Franziska that spiteful individuals were always easy to pick out from a crowd.

The light turned green and Franziska shifted into drive, then stepped on the gas. "Going back to what you , Mr. Howl Ingmune, said a few moments ago. Magatama? What, pray tell, is that?' She raised her eyes to the rear view mirror and gave Howl an are-you-out-of-your-mind glare. "Ha!" She brought her eyes back to the road, noticing the third intersection steadily approaching. "It sounds like some sort of forgotten tongue." Grasping the gear selector, Franziska mentally prepared for the next traffic light.

((Sorry to use one of Franziska's lines from the game, but I thought it fit quite good. Also, I kinda had a writer's block.... >_>))

((Seeing what happened during the previous, and this P.O. RP, I think we're just making things up as we go along. And you should keep on using Fran's favorite word, you know. It's fun. I'm not quite so good as Nick, though, so I'll pass on this one.))

Rose closed her eyes, sighing as Howl spat out yet another insult. She then looked to the driver's seat, as Franziska lashed out with her whip once more, as expected. Then, going back to the discussion at hand, she made mental notes about the discussion. "I see your point, " Rose then put in, "about the need to examine everyone present at any of the incidents, no matter how unrelated or innocent they may seem, but what is the relation of this 'magatama' to the interrogation? How exactly does it work, anyhow?"

(( Yes, we are making this up as we go; unless someone wants to slowly become the antagonist, in which they will have to slowly delude themselves as a suspect, then let us take it from there. Otherwise, we RP the suspects to life. Heck, I'm even considering the idea of creating a second character just for the sake of a suspect. And as for Phoenix... I will pass the buck to Lida. ))

"Call me crazy, but I've done a little studying up on this item. The magatama in question..." He paused. What he was about to say came far from what he could believe... but reports have shown that He was able to break 'locks' around people's close secrets, and got them to spill everything... and he used the magatama. "... has this... 'ability'... to tell when someone is lying. Like when someone lies to the user, the vibes... of the person... holding the object... clashes with the magatama.............." He cleared his throat. " and they can see locks... over the person's heart, or soul. They can see their lies they hold inside of them. And slowly, if you break their lies apart... the locks break I think. Once they all break, that means you've exposed their lies. Should we ask simple questions about the crimes we are investigating... to anyone, and I mean anyone related to them, we can see who is possibly protecting who, and who has roots deeper than an investigator in relation to these murders." He sighed. Everything about this magatama broke the laws of natural physics... and existence itself, but it worked for Phoenix... so it should work for them.

((Pass the buck to me? Okay...HOLD IT! Is this before, after, or during the Apollo Justice time frame? Er...It will definitely affect how Phoenix acts.))

Sheila nodded.
"Howl has the right idea. I have done some studying up myself. Er...I had a case dealing with the Fey family once, so I kinda had to learn all about this kind of thing...Of course, he left out a certain detail: apparently, when you are trying to break the locks, if you happen to come to the wrong conclusion, the magatama will hurt the holder." She smiled slightly. "But I doubt it'll happen to any of us as long as we're not hasty."

Sheila shrugged.
"How am I supposed to know? I never used it, I just researched it," she answered. "Probably some sort of spirit magic or something odd like that."

"Nngghh..." He spoke before he thought. Of course no one would know much about it; nobody had actually used it to tell of experience. "So I guess it's like walking a tightrope; make one wrong move, and you'll wish you hadn't. I suppose they both would have the same end-result as well..."

"Death by investigation... certainly a dedicated way to go."

"Well, if it forwards our insight on this investigation, then I'm for it... no matter how much it breaks physics as we know it."

((Sheila's question is one of the two main factors that I don't want the Phoenix role. The other is inexperience as the guy himself, but since I do write PW fanfics, then it's the lesser problem. In any case, the major problem right now is who to make out as a suspect. PM discussion, anyone?))

as the car approached the third intersection and the stoplight signaled red, Rose observed Franziska pulling the handle "perfectly", as she would say. She continued to listen to Howl's explanation of the mysterious 'magatama', thinking, "Locks over one's heart? That would seem physically impossible...but with the way things have been going in only a week, anything would be possible now."

Then Sheila added to his description, "Apparently, when you are trying to break the locks, if you happen to come to the wrong conclusion, the magatama will hurt the holder." "Hurt the user?" Rose bit her lip at the thought. "Then we'll have to be sure about what we say, I suppose," she said, "and have to have proof, since evidence is everything."

"Well, if it forwards our insight on this investigation, then I'm for it," Howl told them, with a certain tinge of uncertainty in his tone, "no matter how much it breaks physics as we know it." Rose nodded, and said, "If using it means finally shedding the light on all of the dark mysteries surrounding the case, then I approve of it as well, but...How do we obtain a magatama anyway?"

((You know, I would take Phoenix, but I have a feeling that him and Franziska will have a lot of conversation, so it would be kinda awkward to play him AND Franziska at the same time. Plus, I think Lida will make a very good Phoenix. ^-^ Basing the timeframe off Franziska's age, the current year is 2020, one year after Trucy came to live with Phoenix AND one year after Phoenix is disbarred. Thank you CR Timeline ~~~))

Preparing to pass through the green light at the third intersection, Franziska decided it was best to sit the majority of this conversation out. She shook her head. Seeing their lies? Locks protecting secrets? Spirit magic? Franziska was sure the whole car had gone insane. I must assume I'm along for the ride.

She circled the steering wheel and took a right. Trés Bien should be somewhere around here. . . She began to take note of all the businesses on the left side of the street, waiting for a "Trés Bien". Meanwhile, Franziska had been keeping loosely in touch with the conversation at hand. She decided to speak up, "The whole thing seems very metaphysical to me." Franziska spotted Trés Bien off in the distance, on the corner of Main Street and Johnston. It wasn't that she necessarily doubted Rose's directions, but Franziska was partly surprised that the restaurant was there. Okay. Maybe Franziska did doubt Rose. Throughout her life, Franziska had learned to trust no one but herself. She felt that she had really done out on a limb to take directions from a third party such as Rose. Fortunately, everything worked out for the best. "I'm not sure there's much truth to the magatama other than a possible placebo effect." Franziska had always prided herself on being rather dubious, especially when it came into dealings with the "paranormal". "In answer to your question, Rose Thornebush, I believe obtaining the magatama is where Mr. Phoenix Wright comes in. However, does anyone actually know what this mystical device looks like? And how do we know that Phoenix Wright will lend it to us? He always was a miserly little man..." Franziska assumed this is where she came in. With her ((whip <_<)), almost anything was possible.

((BTW, I'm preparing to have Franziska pull into Trés Bien's parking lot. If anyone has anything to do or say before hand, RP now or forever hold your peace ^-^))
((Oh crap. I just realized that we need someone to take on the role of either Maggey Byrde or Jean Armstrong. On second thought, maybe they can be kinda "ambiguous" characters, in the sense that anyone can control them when they see fit. We do need a waiter of some sort.... I'm open to discussion with whatever you guys want. ^u^))

((Okay. Looks like I'm relaxed Phoenix. Dunno if I can play him very well, but I'll give it a shot. :D Just let me know if I'm messing up too terribly. ^_^))

"Physics schmisics. Who needs physics?" Sheila asked as a joke before becoming serious again. "Of course I know what it looks like," Sheila answered. "When I had to learn about it, I had to see pictures. It...tends to glow green. Haha...As for how we know Mr. Wright will lend it to us, well...Don't look at me. It was Howl's idea." She giggled nervously. Franziska had a point. How did they know Phoenix would lend them this device that clearly meant so much to him. "...Something tells me he doesn't have much use for it now, though. I'm sure if we explain the situation, he'll have no qualms about lending it to us. Mr. Wright always did believe in finding out the truth, so...it can't be that hard, right?"

((I have nothing to add till we are seated. And since I (forcibly) passed on Phoenix to Lida, I will take the roll as the waiter/ress and... Er... Jean if required.))

EDIT:(( As for the suspects, I do have a couple ideas on how to begin the roster... And throw a twist to the story. So when I'm given more time, I will PM my thoughts to whomever would like to theorize with it.))

((Very well. Looks like it's time to head inside!))
((@LWOD: While I realize I'm sort of late in the game, I'd like to hear what you have to say. Feel free to PM me.))

The parking lot at Trés Bien was strikingly empty. Franziska had no trouble finding a decent parking spot after turning her SUV into the lot. Thinking it curious as to why such a seemingly ornate and lavish French Restaurant was abandoned, Franziska strived to come up with a reasonable explanation. Perhaps we're just here at an off hour. In the end, she decided to put it out of her mind.

After shifting into 'park', Franziska pivoted the key and removed it, turning her vehicle off. She grabbed her handbag and slipped her car key into it's designated pocket. One thing Franziska thought quintessential to perfection was being well organized. To her, this meant having a place for everything and putting everything in it's place. Her handbag was a strong example of this organization. Pens; large pocket, right side. Mints; front, smaller pocket, on top of her notepad. Money; back pocket, hidden in a small compartment towards the rear of the purse, with few extra bucks tucked in the larger pouch on her Personal Organizer. Yes, Franziska knew where everything was, and this gave her a feeling of security. Her car keys had a home in the middle pocket, all by themselves. This way, she could easily retrieve them without much thought.

Once Franziska got her things together, she opened her door and stepped onto the asphalt. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the painted, yellow lines separating the parking spaces were barely noticeable. Maybe I was mistaken about this establishment being 'ornate and lavish'. It doesn't look like the owner cares much about exterior appearances. She examined the front of the building. The siding was yellow, trimmed by a mess of light pink wood. The sign stating the name of the restaurant, while still legible, was greatly faded by the sun. The only part of the restaurant's frontage that looked semi-attened to was the door, which was light pink and had a veil of lace accenting the window. Franziska could see through the window that the interior seemed much more up to spec.

Inside, Franziska slowly rotated her head around, critically taking in all aspects of the décor. While it's certainly not perfect, I suppose it will do for lunch. She strutted up to the front counter. Looking off to the kitchen area, Franziska, noted a shadow moving behind the translucent glass. She was not a patient person, and the shadow didn't seem to notice the group standing there, so she struck the partition behind the counter with her whip, causing a small photo of the outside of the restaurant to fall to the floor. The noise was powerful, so it was nearly impossible for anyone not to hear it. She yelled. "Stop wasting my time and get out here, fool! I don't have all day!"

((If anyone has any qualms about being inside the restaurant at this time, please feel free to let me know. I can go back and edit.))
((All else being equal, and assuming everyone is okay with the current location, cue the waiter. :chef: :maggey-sad: ))

((I'll take the waitress for the time being, and no problems here about dragging us all into the restaurant.))

After Franziska had parked her SUV in the almost-deserted parking lot, Rose opened the door and stepped outside. Shutting the door gently behind her, she followed Franziska as the group entered the restaurant. "It looks a bit worse than I had previously imagined, but it will do for lunch," she thought, as she entered Trés Bien. Rose then stepped back as Franziska lashed her whip, apparently impatient.

Then, instantly, a waitress appeared in the prosecutors' midst. "Bienvenue! Please take your seats, sir and ma'am's," a lady in a dainty orange uniform spoke with a pleasing smile, directing us to a table. Rose sat down as told, and looking out the window, spotted a rather strange-looking playground shaped like fruits, with an old man feeding birdseed to a flock of pigeons. She then looked back at her companions, and opened the menu, waiting for them to be seated as well.

((EDIT: changed the waitress into a generic lady. And sorry, I couldn't wait for the waitress. I presumed anyone can control her, so...))
