Details: I am coming to you, because I give up on Gimp, and was hoping you could finish my projected plan.
The 'W' in 'Wolf' is capitalized on purpose.
Font: Something intimidating, like wolfsrain.
"Careful..." I'm wanting it in the top left corn,
"this Wolf bites." In the bottom right, 'bites' in dramatic, different font'ed, sharp letters.
Lang mostly in the middle, if not possible, the left side.
Input Medium amount of blood present within his grin, mostly concentrated around his canines.
Main focus on his head, no use for anything below his neck.
My main problem was the blood work, and the fact that the picture is best fit for 200X600, not the reverse. I'm hoping you can do what I couldn't. If not, then that's cool; thanks for the consideration.

The Idea: The idea is to have an "Anime meets gaming" feel for the banner. I need the background image removed from the first image(leaving only the 4 tracks and scoring), and then I would like the four characters from the second image put in the background of the first. The final product should be the 4 characters from the second image(the part where they have their instruments), placed behind the gameplay occurring in the first image. (Very sorry if this is confusing, I can try to clarify more if need be)
Text: Remnants of the Past (Large text, fancy text)
Anime meets gaming on these forums! (Small text, italics/handwritten text)
Colors/Effects: Darkish background, but small bursts of colored neon-like lights in the dark spots.

Anyways, (http://remnantsofthepast.freeforums.org/index.php) this is how the image looks in the banner location, it's just a little smaller for length. Is it possible to have the image/banner stretch out to all the right? It does not matter how much the width will be, because the banner area can stretch down. Whatever size it takes to fill the entire banner length and still look clean.
