Anyway, the Klavier one looks really clean, and indeed, the Phoenix one is a bit off.
Maybe you should try another head picture with the same quality as the body

Ah, the Phoenix one. I had to resize the head, it was too small. Then I used filter to sharpen it. Naturally, I didn't pay any attention to the quality changes. I should have though.

This is Ciel Phantomhive from Kuroshitsuji.
He wears different clothes in every episode, that is why I just did it random.
I used Iris sprite as a base.
His haircolor could be more blue-ish but I've decided that the way it looks now is ok.
