On the other hand, Franziska could have some kind of 'primary school bully crush' - as I like to call them - in which she only beats him up because she is secretly and totally in love with him. Kind of like that girl in 'Hey Arnold!' whose name escapes me at the moment. (Angelica???)
Well after all that thinking, I gave up on the idea. xD
As for what CP suggested, for me, it's harder to sit down and draw an awesome artwork than it is to write a fanfiction but IDK thats just me.

To be honest, if it wasn't too much work, I'd create a system, where the amount given either decreases or increases depending on the amount of time, effort, and complexity of the piece....
And whether or not a fic would bring in more money is a grey area...

After a huge protest in front of the Prosecutor's office about how the detectives are being treated, every detective, including Gumshoe is required to be given a raise and a short vacation. But... Gumshoe being the modest man he is doesn't want any of that... but what he does want is a game of basketball with his partner. Woe is Edgeworth.

It's finally happened. The force is talking about finally just firing Gumshoe. Edgeworth hears this and he shouldn't really care right? Right. He shouldn't. Gumshoe hasn't improved his skills in ages, he's forever messing up testimony, he overlooks important details in his investigations and there are far better detectives out there. ...But why did he suddenly yell objection?

Hahaha, That's probably true. But if so, If it was me, I'd rather just LIVE in the Criminal Affairs Dept. and sleep in the janitors closet or something; Poor Gumshoe.
Also....Assuming Maggey and him pair up in the 7 year gap between T&T and AJ, then how could he provide? I doubt Maggey earns a lot at Tres Bien.

Gumshoe needs more love. I too have imagined him as the Chief of Police, especially in Apollo Justice. He just needs the money.

I totally agree! As an Edgey fangirl, I can't help but get pissed whenever he mentions a salary cut. A part of me wants to think that its just a baseless threat to get Gummy into shape, but Edgeworth wouldn't say something he didn't mean.
