The storyline for Hetalia is......... Nonexistent, I think.
I mean, the show exists kinda in the WW2-current history timeline, but it also skips around to older events and-
But I think the way the show functions is that since the webcomic was just in separate strips each week, and since the episodes are just animated versions of the strips, then there really isn't a solid storyline
And the characters are still adorable even if you don't which one's which, right?

I watched a few of the dub episodes yesterday, and I still rofled at it. XD I really think it's much better to hear the accents for each character instead of hearing them in a similar way. And the only reason why the show feels broken-up is because skips to different storylines at random points and rarely finishes them in a swift time.

I don't mind that either, that was just what I thought. Personally for me that makes the dub more interesting but the Japanese version could be just as good on its own merits.
