The only problem is is that they're a biiit messy, but otherwise, very original and well-made.
Keep at it.

they are good for a start, but like Dekuran said: they are messy. so, always save as png.

oh bl ^^ these are good as i said and i havent been a spriter for that long but i would like to give advice (if thats ok) also my fav is Mystic as a child and adult :D but anyways your older pearls looks good but there but the are pixelated (er if you know what i mean) and to me the thrid one looks like she swearing XD.
but yh good start!

Ja, the best ones are Pearl and Mystic. Try hardening the outlines of your other ones.

These are some really nice sprites! Your designs are wonderfully original and adorable.
They are a little messy as others have said before and also things like your OC's scarf need to be shaded, but a part from that these are brilliant!

IMO if the shirt was that big then it would floop down and not cover her neck ^^ i hope that help...

This is really well-made~

I'm not a spriter, so I can't give any suggestions. As for Mystic, I can't see the sprite.

Grown ups:
- Youko(?) only has eyebrows in 2/3 poses?
- You can stil see parts of Adrians glasses on some poses of Chiyoko(?)
- Never use deepest black, light it up a bit
- Lines need cleaning and on some cases needed lines are missing
- Lines that differ her (hiyoko(?)) arm from the shirt need to be brown instead of black
- NEVER. EVER. Go. With. JPG. Use PNG, or Gif for example
- There's still white/uncolored dots here and there
- In double poses don't change their places...I know it hides her hands, but it'd look bad while playing
- The color of the ponytail is too bright at the end/tuft(?)
- Youko's boob shading is on wrong height. It need to be lower, compare it to adria

Child poses:
- Too much resizing, need A LOT of cleaning
- Maybe bit too small? (dunno)
- Again; white dot's here and there
- Chiyoko has too bright tuft and lot white dot areas
- The last pose is very...unclean(?) Needs lots of editing to smoothen it up
- JPG strikes again

O.Pearl:
- Better than the previous ones
- ...But misses eyebrows...
- And also needs cleaning
- Also random white dots are back again
- The shading under the hat becomes lighter, which is wrong
- The mouth area where she shows tongue needs editing and the itself too
- The last pose has Mayas colors
- It's JPG...You know what I'm going to tell you, right?

Mystic:
- Can't say anything, because I can't see those.

Bellboy-Maya:
- Getting better again
- PNG. You can't see, but I'm giving you a thumb up
- The background has some light green bits on it
- The darker tone goes on the hair on some parts
- Again, needs some line and tone cleaning along the shading corrections
- When she looks to her left the line of the jaw is bad. Compare it to the one she looks to her right

Aaaand that's pretty much I can say in the rush.
Don't let me discourage you though. These things become just an...Old habit when you've edited these things yourself for some time.
Trust me, keep practicing and continue posting. You'll sooner or later have the eye to see the mistakes you've/other people made.
The important part is to learn from those mistakes, I guess.
And like you said yourself; you are pretty fresh one at this too, so definitely not bad.
Oh I still remember the old days when I made a basic head swap and called it a day and was happy of my "OC"...

I'm not really a spriter. For calling me a spriter, I'd have to sprite a lot more.
But I'm about to start with that.

Oh, and I don't know why the Mystic sheet can't be seen, it was a piece of work I was proud of
