Anyway, as you're a new user with seemingly little knowledge of CR I'll let you off this time, but if you want to use someone else's sprite you need to ask for their permission first and give credit unless they specifically say it's not needed. If you don't you'll be suspended and consequently banned for repeat offending.
I'd remove that sprite as your avatar as well.
