I want to watch something like Slayers but I didn't find anything more interesting than Fairy Tail.

Those Who Hunt Elves and Rune Soldier Louie are similar to Slayers, though with less DBZ-level explosions. I did prefer Slayers to either of them, but they aren't bad.

From what I gathered from the first episode, it's about a pair of Charlie's Angels-esque sisters who go around exorcising evil spirits.
Only the angels are literal angels.
And they're ridiculously vulgar.
And they fight with weapons that transform from their underwear.
And the show is almost entirely in a very Powerpuff Girls meets Invader Zim (there's even a dog-like thing that looks remarkably like Gir) style of animation.
Of COURSE it's by Gainax.

It seems like the opening themes are getting less and less epic. I guess it would be pretty hard to top Give a Reason, though.

Anyways, I've been watching Soul Eater this past week. My sister and I saw two episodes at Sugoicon '10, and ever since then, I've been dying to watch it. Luckily Funimation posted the episodes on Youtube. I've been watching an episode here and there during this past week, but today, I watched around... 14-15 episodes. I usually don't watch this much of anything ever in one sitting, so it's been pretty overwhelming for me... DX Anyways, I *love* this show. I'm rather surprised that I can sit through all the violent scenes, since they usually freak me out...

Holy shit, and I thought Dragon Ball Z was the king of ridiculous anime battles.
Anyway, the moral of the series is to believe in yourself no matter what and to overcome anything in the way of your dreams. It's probably one of the most inspirational things I've seen.

Lucky ☆ Star: 9/24 episodes done. Like watching school girls talking about random crap like how to eat a pastry? Watch this.
Azumanga Daioh: 9/26 episodes done. Like Lucky ☆ Star, this show has school girls doing random stuff. But I find this show funnier for some reason.
Sailor Moon S: This is the 3rd season of the original Japanese Sailor Moon series. Got 3/38 episodes of this season done, and 92/200 episodes of the overall series done. This is a classic magical girl series, what else is there to say?
Axis Powers Hetalia: 15/52 episodes done. I don't get this show at all. The jokes fly over my head and it's nothing but yaoi fangirl bait.
