Was Mimi Mini really completely to blame when those patients died or was Dr. Grey involved some how? I've played the game twice but I'm still not completely sure whether Mimi was innocent or not. Also, did Mimi Mini actually ASK to have her face look like Ini's? Or was it just by freak chance that Mimi was turned into Ini? Just a couple of questions still bouncing around in my head after playing the game twice.

Yeah it's was Mimi's fault, she confesses as much. It was an accident due to overtiredness caused by Grey pushing her too hard. As for Mimi looking like Ini, the doctors reconstructed her face with the only photo she had on her, Ini's driving license photo.

As for her face, I do believe the game implies she tells them that the girl in the picture is her. It's her way out of having to deal with her mistakes, becoming her potentially mentally impaired younger sister.

Nah it was an accident. She was unconcious when they brought her in. And when she woke up and realised this mistake, she said nothing as it gave her a fresh start as her sister.

Yes, it very much did, though I prefer the Steel Samurai's Ballad. Still, her music almost made me shed a tear. ;(

I know what you mean, sad music :(
I always got the impression the face was a mistake too and she just didn't say so she could start her life over again.
Also it was party Grey's fault for pushing her so hard, but it was mostly her fault from the law's point of view.
