*Raises hand*

Especially on X7. How the hell I ever beat that is still a mystery to me.

Tips for annoying missions!:
And for all those who have trouble on the 5 kyraki patients, you do know you only have to save at least 3 of them right?
As for X1, use the antibiotic gel to stop the bleeding and stop vitals for lowering temporarily to use syringe.
For deftera, guide them using antibiotic gel, that way, it isn't just luck.

I agree, Under the Knife is quite the game. I'm currently at Chap. 4 Ep. 6 - Bio Terror "Taking the first step"
It's when Secretary Anderson gets infected with a new type of GUILT and you have to inject serums into this haze. But man, I kept missing.

I love Trauma Center! I have Under the Knife, and I rented Second Opinion (my brother is playing it right now).

On Under the Knife, I'm at the one where you have to operate on 5 Kiriaki patients in a row. I'm reeeeeally slow so it doesn't work out too well >.>

On Second Opinion... I'm at "Please let me live". But I'm too lazy to keep playing it right now.

Ah, Please Let Me Live was a fun one... Actually, Plese Let Me Die was surprisingly easy for me, but I still only got a B rank on it.

I think right now I'm on one called "Something Precious," and it's kind of tricky with all the tumors and stuff... But like I said, I'm not very good at the game. My brother is kind of helpful when he's being a total backseat gamer though. For that matter, I think he'd be really good at TC if he agreed to play it (he says it looks too stressful for him). I mean he only broke my concentration twice.
The first time was when the GUILT appeared and he was like "Aww, it's so cute!" And the second time was when he referred to Angie as "the pink girl," and for some reason I couldn't stop laughing about it.

I'm surprised I haven't lost my sanity over re-starting the same mission for two days though.

Speaking of which, my Wii froze up for the first time while I was playing SO yesterday. It kind of freaked me out because it wouldn't turn off or reset (it did let me eject the game disc though). I really hope it's just the disc (which I bought used) and not the actual console, because I just got the thing about two weeks ago.
When I got it going again it worked fine, but I was getting nervous for a few minutes there.
I'm more confused than Wellington with a bunch of bananas.

I played a LOT of Second Opinion yesterday. I beat the main storyline and now I'm at the part where they meet Nozomi.

I'm still stuck on Under the Knife, though. It's soooo hard compared to Second Opinion!

I got super pissed the other day, replaying Second Opinion. I was on one of the (I'm not even going to try to spell her name so I'll just go with the one her hospital calls her when she's doing that broken bone operation) Dr. Weaver missions. I think it was the one where you have to replace the kidney, or maybe it was the first tumor mission. Anyway, my Wiimote batteries died midway through the mission and I just had to sit there and watch as the patient's vitals dropped like a stone.

Hm, am I the only one here who likes kyriaki? I think its kinda fun :-P
So are all of them, actually...I knida went through and played through all of them the other day. I never listened to the GUILT operation music through headphones before, I didn't know that its got an intense beat under neath it all. I also realized I actuallly like the sprite art work...and I remembered Second Opinion (lol...funny game, funny pathetic game)

With using the Healing Touch, I hit For Everyone's Sake in almost 13 seconds and 21 without.

Cmonnnnn people, I know you all love Triti! It's your best friend! Anyway there's a couple of buggy-tricks to duke out with triti (less effective on X3). One definite thing about triti is that it makes do with whatever space it gets, meaning if you can corner Triti to one side of the screen then it cannot regenerate beyond that. Precisely chipping the damned thing layer by layer (and scribbling all over the screen when using the scalpel) is key to saving time. About X3, Triti's regeneration gets very/too insane to handle, but still possible to complete the operation without using the Healing Touch.

Most of the X missions in TC were pretty smooth except for Kyriaki and Pempti. Vitals get nuked way too fast in X1 and Pempti is simply an annoying little shizzle.

I don't really have a personal favorite operation, but I really hate Deftera. It's random and aggravating to wait for a blue-purple orgy to happen when time-attacking.

The same happened to me, on another operation, though. But I had another Wiimote so I switched 'em quickly. Lost some time but finished OK.

Gosh, those thorns regenerate too fast T_T I loose too much time trying to get the vitals up, too...

If you're having trouble with X1, here's a video I made S-Ranking it to follow:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULbaADylqmo

It's basically how good I'd be if I were an amputee half-focused on something else entirely. X1 isn't too bad after the first time you get done with it.

I played a friend's copy of Under the Knife, and my reaction varied between "Hey this game is pretty cool! :D" to me shouting "GODDAMMIT ZOOM IN ON THE TUMOR WHY WON'T YOU ZOOM IN ON THE TUMOR?!" at the DS. Or shouting about aneurysms. Or GUILT, or...okay, I think you get the idea. While I wasn't able to get very far (our friend was visiting from out of state, and took it back home with her), I'm going to be giving the Wii sequel a shot. My roommate rented a copy, and I'm pretty curious.

^^Agreed. My friend brought her copy of Under the Knife over (because I'd already beaten the Wii version and she couldn't get past the thrombi) and I was playing for her. I actually did good, got through the thrombi... and didn't know how to sew up the patient.

The next time I played it, she was having problems with aneurysms. And I was yelling at her (pink *shudder**) DS. "WHY WON'T YOU ZOOM IN WHERE I TELL YOU TO YOU STUPID GAME?!!!!!"

(*No offense to ayone who likes pink. I'm just kind of a model-breaker. I'm a girl that just cannot STAND pink or fitted shirts or... pretty muchly anything considered cool for girls to wear!)

Actually, after a few surgery attempts, zooming in wasn't that much of a problem for me. I still have no idea what I was doing wrong before that, though.

Savato? Easy.
I have beaten all GUILTs like this:

GUILT: My rank:

Kyriaki: S :franny:
Deftera: S :pearl:
Triti: B :adrian:
Tetarti: S :will:
Pempti: A :phoenix:
Paraskevi: C :edgeworth:
Savato: S :regina:

But I am going in Second Sin(Haven´t played it recently). It´s really annoying that two same type defteras collide. It drops vitals so fast. But I think that Triti and Paraskevi are the most annoying. :zenitora:

I want Second Opinion! :beef:

I had to kill the little spiders and suture the wounds and then freaking get rid of the big spider. Stupid...It took me around 20 tries to get past the first time you encounter Savato

Rule number one: Don´t care about little spiders. All they can do is to reduce your vitals to half you got in the moment. And suture the wounds before attacking again. It´s quite simple to get an S.

I haven't even got past the 3rd operation. I tried a couple of times to sew up the incision at the end, and I was doing it correctly, to the best of my knowledge, but it failed me. So I said 'Fuck it'. B'sides, my brother got it, and he enjoyed it.

I'm sure if they don't include the GUILT, there'll be some new super disease that only someone with the Healing Touch can cure.

I just hope this time there's more emphesis on non-disease related operations. Both UTF and SO had the problem of being almost exclusively on the GUILT operations after the first quarter of the game. I'd prefer more original operations, like Weaver's, or the time bomb, along with the disease ones.
