I just decided on a whim to replay Ghost Trick, and my goodness, I'm noticing a ton of little sneaky things I totally missed first time around.

Spoiler:
For instance, the cat inspecting Sissle's body, or your partner having an identity crisis in chapter 2.

The writing is soo good. :acro:

I haven't even played it the first time.

I think I might have to pick it up sometime soon.

I've replayed it at least three or four times. It's such a great game. I love the little details, like
Spoiler:
Lynne saying she likes hiding in small places, and Sissel agreeing with her... because he's actually a cat!

In the replay I constantly went everywhere every time I got access to the phone lines. It's pretty interesting because you can see little things happening that normally you just find out about later. For example at a certain time you can go to Amelie's house and see that she's missing, which hints towards the kidnapping (although presumably she's just sneaked off to buy her daddy a birthday present <3). And the salon with the blue men is constantly offline, which hints towards its true location.

When I replay it, I like messing up on purpose. It's fun. :)

Also phone line access = awesomeness

I should replay this game sometime. There are probably a lot of things that I missed while playing it the first time.

I liked this game, but right now I'm preoccupied with other things, so replaying this is kind of not on my schedule at the moment.

I guess I can wait for the future, though.

I literally *just* beat the game, and I've already started playing it again. This game is fan-freaking-tastic! I can't believe it took me so long to get it—if I had known that it would be this good I would have purchased it when it was released despite the $30 pricetag; it was a small price to pay for such a thrilling narrative. I'd even venture to say it's one of the best games I've ever played. I wish Court-Records had a database, similar to the massive collection of Ace Attorney stuff, for it. It totally deserves at the VERY LEAST it's own sprites/portraits page... or am I just dumb and one exists?

And don't even get me started on the animations and music. This game was a *masterpiece.* Gahhhhhh, GAHHHHHH SO GOOOODDDD

I have replayed the game so many times. That's how much I love it.

And it amazes me how I'm still able to find new dialogue even after so many replays. In fact, I've even been trying to "collect" dialogue. This game would be a scripting nightmare. (If someone was to write down the entire game's script.)

I don't really plan to for a while; if I replay a game right after finishing it, I wind up remembering it way too well on later playthroughs.

I replayed it once a while back, and like a lot of other people, I visited every single location I could every time I had access. Some of the new things I stumbled across:

Spoiler:
- Ray is really energetic at first and giving pieces of advice, then starts to get a little worn down, until he no longer responds to Sissel at all. D:
- Emma eventually does get down from the chandelier.
- The stakeout guy (can't remember his name) who was being harassed by the pigeon man, eventually at some point is no longer harassed by him, and admitted that he missed him. xD

That's all I can remember for now, it's been a while. I don't recall if I've ever played a game that had this much detail in terms of what characters are doing at any specific time. It's awesome. :edgy:

I noticed that Ray stops responding about the same time that Missile becomes a ghost.... ;)

I played it with my brother a couple weeks ago, and I just finished playing it with my cousin today. She loved it. I can't be surprised by the game's dramatic twists anymore, but I love seeing how other people react to them. ^^

Me too :acro: this time I read every letter and word, you know, some games (like Pokemon, which I play myself :payne: ) turn boring when you replay from the begining. It might be because it's too big and ,long or waaaaay predictable and boring. I think games like Ace Attorney and Ghost Trick, short and sweet; no matter how MANY HELL times you play, it leaves something to be desired~(Now,where'd I get that from ;) )

You're not the only one. I love this game so much. I've played it through twice so far. *sigh* I feel like this game hasn't gotten the recognition it deserved. At least it got a 9.0/10.0 in one of the recent Nintendo Power magazines.
The story, the characters, the music...the gameplay and the puzzles...it's all too amazing to NOT play through again.

It makes me wish there was a sequel, but at the same time, it doesn't feel like a sequel would fit in... :sadshoe:
