Ha-ha. But in all seriousness, time/date/location-stamping your posts when necessary sounds like a good idea for keeping this RP from getting too confusing. Also, if a scene-in-progress is critical to the plotline and should not be susceptible to random interruption, please PLEASE make a note of it. Something like ((THIS SCENE IS IMPORTANT TO THE PLOT! If you aren't in the know, please don't mess with it. Thank you.))
Also, I kind of like the idea of highlighting names so people can see them, but it might get distracting. What do you guys think? (Addendum: Maybe each character should have a distinct color, like Jay and Jeremy and Dahlia and Iris for example.) If that is to be the case, please claim your color here, and post the hex-code for it. e.g. Jay would be 004080 and Iris would be 8000BF.

I actually have an idea that would work for you, if you are willing. Since Chris and Felix and the band are currently at the music hall, why not have Johnny and Julia go there? If they have no classes at the time, it would make sense to tour the halls a bit. What do you think? They would definitely get interaction then.
