This is the most coherent hands on I've seen regarding the upcoming collaborative title. You'd be remiss not to read it.
Some interesting facts:
- Shouting 'Hold It' returns
- Demo ends before you can submit evidence (Thus suggesting there actually is a Court-Record unlike as suspected judging by screenshots?)
- Maya and Phoenix break the fourth wall.
- Name of the plump woman holding the kid is Bertha (though to me it looks more like a lamb, I'd like to think I'd have some level of knowledge on the subject, living on a sheepdog farm)
- Layton does not appear

Not that I've got anything against Layton but I would not be disappointed if Phoenix dominated the game.
Also I'm still a bit disappointed we've seen nothing of Phoenix objecting (on his own) behind the desk. The most iconic finger point and I'm dying to see a proper screenshot of it.

I wonder if the breaking the fourth wall will be in the actual game xD (I doubt it, but... xD)

Good old demo fourth-wall breaking. If I'm not mistaken, AJ, AAI, and GK2 all ended their demos with something along the lines of "I'll solve the case... in the final game!"
