Phoenix Wright - Becomes a resident of Fey Manor after losing his home and office. He ends up working as a ramen shop owner in Kurain Village, but still retains his job as a defense attorney, and solves various murders and incidents on the side when duty calls. As he takes on more cases and deals with more and more dangerous criminals, his morals of how far he'll go for the truth will bring him to question the legal system as he knows it. He also learns how it feels to be in Mia's shoes as he takes on an apprentice, and has to grasp with the nightmares he's had from a certain case, where his closest friend almost died because of him...

Maya Fey - Despite her mother's death, Maya is still not technically the Master of her clan, and has a few initiation years to go. However, this brief time means multiple people will be coming after her in order to claim the title, by force if necessary. Overtime, Maya grows more and more resentful over the duty that was forced on her, and begins to wonder what her future is meant for.

Dick Gumshoe - The goofy bumbling detective is back, and has grown quite a bit of respect for Phoenix over time. He takes to asking for his help in solving homicides and other cases. However, things take a turn for the worst later when in a last-minute effort to save Trucy, acts out of protocol, and it costs him his job as a detective. He begins to question justice and law, and why criminals can get literally get away with murder. he ends up living at the manor where he works as Phoenix's go-fer-er, but hopes to someday become a detective again.

Apollo Justice - A rookie defense attorney who's idolized Phoenix's work for two years. At first he works for the law office of Kristoph Gavin, but before he can even get his first case, he ends up framed for the murder of a mysterious poker player. Unable to work up the courage to defend himself, hires Phoenix to help him. After Phoenix proves Apollo's innocence by proving the guilt of Kristoph, Apollo moves into the Fey manor as Phoenix's employee and apprentice. As Apollo experiences his first trials, he slowly begins to realize the pain defense attorneys go through, not to mention the strange thoughts he has about Phoenix from time to time.

Sissel - A small black kitty who stowed away with Detective Rachael Lynne as she was traveling from London. Despite looking like just a innocent little kitten, he possesses incredible spirit power that allows him to avert people's deaths. Though he may not have much knowledge of various parts of human life, Sissel has a tendency to grow attached to some humans, including Phoenix, shortly after saving his life. Sissel has had an on-going fear of the possibility of Lynne being killed. Despite his ability to change her fate, he's grown more and more worried that she might regain the memories of the tragedies they experienced in another timeline...

Ema Skye - After a terrorist incident in England that made it difficult to keep going to college there, Ema moved back to Los Angeles to study scientific investigating at Ivy U. Finding dorms too expensive, she moves into Fey Manor, where she becomes fast friends with Phoenix and Gumshoe's housemates. She grows a fondness for helping Phoenix in his cases and investigations, finding it to be good job experience for when she applies for her dream job.

Kay Faraday - The infamous Yatagarasu, Kay has moved into the manor upon finding a ad in the newspaper. Using the village as her "hideout" for when she's not stealing and leaking secrets to the world, Kay is still seeking a three-member team to help her steal the truth. Her skills as a thief becomes a valuable asset to Phoenix during some of his cases. She's currently investigating a foreign crime organization that's been spotted in LA...

Cammy Meele - After Phoenix helps her solves the murder of a friend she made in prison, the former flight attendant/mole for the Colbalian smuggling ring aides in the exposing of many of the smuggling rings' crimes, and along with good behavior and a certain incident that left her a literal narcoleptic, she ends up leaving prison to work as Phoenix's secretary. Despite some conflicts with Gumshoe, Cammy ends up fitting in with Phoenix's dysfunctional "family", and strives to become a good member of society again. Her past still continues to haunt her though, especially when she meets other more unforgiving acquaintances...

Rachael Lynne - A detective who's transferred from London to Los Angeles as part of an investigation into some terrorist actions going on. She bewildered that her friend's cat stowed away on the trip with her and Missile, but found a close bond with the little kitty. The memories of a tragic incident still linger in her subconscious.

Missile - Lynne's loyal little Pomeranian doggie, he looks out for his master and is practically BFF with Sissel. He grows a fondness for all the strange and goofy people at Kurain Manor, especially Pearl, and vows to protect all of them, because that's what doggies do!

Pearl Fey - Even though she's still a young girl, Pearl is determined to be strong for her family, but she's also suffering from the pain of the truth about her mother, and things will only get worse as she learns about the other branch families...

Iris Fey - After being bailed out of prison by Maya, Iris took to living in the manor. She still feels the pain of the betrayal she did to everyone, and vows to do everything she can to atone for her crimes, including being a good big sister to Pearl. Her experience in the Misty Fey murder resulted in her becoming light-headed, and is prone to dizzy spells from the slightest rush.

Trucy Gramarye - A teenaged girl that builds a quick bond with Phoenix and Maya as they're investigating a hit-and-run incident. After her father mysteriously ran away during a murder trial he was involved in, Trucy stayed with the police until she met Phoenix and Maya, and wound up living with them until they could find her father. Having no one else to turn to, Trucy grows a strong attachment to Phoenix, often calling him "Papa", much to Phoenix's embarrassment and annoyance.
