So it didn't have any new info, but Capcom USA's Video was nice to have an official mention of this stuff. They went out of their way to keep assuring everyone its coming out in the states, but other than that they pretty much said we can't tell you anything else.

For my reassurance, the Capcom guy also kept reiterating 'The West' which surely means Europe included. I sure hope it does, being as the 3DS is region-locked.

That's a good point. I think Capcom is going to go worldwide with this one, maybe partly to accurately see how much interest there actually is in the series internationally. Everythings so vague right now that this game is a good real indicator of actual interest.
